Incredible stay! The food, service, rooms and beach were amazing. I will definitely be coming back. Truly one of the best experiences and stay we have had in Cancun. Highly recommend!!

Everything was easily assessable from the rooms once we got the lay of the land. All of the dining options were incredible especially MB. But the highlight of the trip was the staff. They were engaging, kept the drinks flowing, the entertainment staff was incredible!

Great service

I was disappointed in learning you could only order drinks at the beach but not food items. They would only allow food to be ordered at the pool. They also have an air freshener system in the hallways that lets out a strong and nauseating odor. There was a wide variety of food options throughout the hotel but the room service food needs work. The quality was not that great. It was obvious none of the food was fresh and almost everything had been frozen. The pool only had decent music during activities but after that it was just some stock grocery store like music. The staff were all outstanding, polite, and went out of their way to help us. I think the things that could improve take place at the corporate level. That being the food quality. At other resorts they give you a guest check after you order food and drinks so you can charge the tips for the staff to your room. That is not a common here unless you ask for it. Otherwise you will need to carry cash to tip all the staff who provide your services all day. This hotel is also directly across the street from a large shopping mall with additional dining options as well as a movie theater and a casino. Overall this is a great hotel..
