Holland house hotel was great, it was awesome. The hotel is probably the most pretty one in that area of phillisburg. The rooms are confortable, clean, the bathroom is very nice and updated. The beds are super confortable. The room needs some updates but it is minor. I got the city view. If u can afford the beach view, do so. It is very very nice and bigger. The breakfast is amazing. It is alot, it can hold you until late afternoon. The portion is big and has lots of different options. The staff is very very warm and frendly, specially “Nerra” the receptionist she is awesome, amazing and very kind. The security as well. They are all very friendly. Phillisburg is a quiet area. If u have kids or want to be tranquil this is the place.. the beach in front of the hotel is very nice too and very convinience. Places to eat. Go to “chesterfied” my favorite. The restaurant is nice nice. Or u can also try “green house” is ok too.

I have to say this Hotel in general is amazing… I really like the atmosphere and the well maintained.. it’s a mix between modern and contemporary. Very good location right in front of the beach , mine for example had a balcony facing the beach ant the view is gorgeous. Lucini from the front desk she us amazing very friendly, nice and helpful with anything you need . Also Franshesca the lady that works for the taxi services at this Hotel wuaoo super nice and excelente job she does …. We were amused and pleasant every ride we made with her. I really recommend this hotel

I recently stayed at the Holland House Beach Hotel in Sint Maarten and I have to say, I was not impressed. Some of the staff was not very friendly and were downright rude. The rooms were barely cleaned and I found what appeared to be blood droplets on the bathroom wall. The location of the hotel is great, right on the beach, but that was really the only positive aspect of my stay. Overall, I found the experience to be quite mediocre and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel itself is beautiful and sits right on the beach. Beach chairs and towels are complimentary and the beach attendant is great. Food was tasty at every meal. The rooms themselves were ok. Smaller than pictures online. The lock did not work from the inside which was a safety issue. The on-site manager asked maintenance to fix it that fay but he never came. We reminded him the next day that it still wasn’t fixed and then it got fixed. Water pressure was in and out too.

Staff in kitchen very mean and rude. They kept trying to say we didn’t pay for breakfast. The manager Diana need to be more friendly to the customers. She was very sarcastic and not accommodating at all. I loved Tarja and Ski very great hospitality and good customer service

They have a restaurant so you can just stay there and eat along with having the beach right there.

Great location and view. Service was amazing, the staff goes above and beyond. Big shout out to Naomi for all her help setting up a great anniversary present for my wife. Would definitely go back in the future!

I loved the ocean view room. The property was gorgeous and well-maintained. The restaurant and bar was one of two that stayed open on the boardwalk after 5:00 pm. I wish there was a list of social events for hotel guests to view daily.

The hotel was great. Very clean and updated. All staff members we met were very friendly and accommodating. Felt like we made friends with them during our stay.
Location couldn’t be better. Best shops right outside the front door. Beach is beautiful and beach service staff was excellent. We had a balcony overlooking the boardwalk and beach. Very private with beautiful views.
Would highly recommend Holland House and look forward to visiting again!

Advertises microwave but there is no microwave. Elevator is too small. Have to wait for housekeeping to go to where they need to go with their bins on elevator in order for us to get in. Breakfast is $20 A DAY. They also advertise room service but when I called the restaurant, they said no room service, I have to pick up the food myself. There was something wrong with the tv. Volume does not go high enough. Only high enough on YouTube. But couldn’t watch regular channels because we couldn’t hear anything. Overall, too expensive with no microwave or room service. Even breakfast is free at most hotels I’ve been in.

Great hotel. The food in the restaurant was exceptional. The bar had the best pina colada I have had in a long time. The staff was friendly and the service was top notch. I liked the room and the decor. The location was good. I enjoyed the boardwalk out front. The beach was very nice. Overall, outstanding hotel. I will come back.

I loved that it was right off the beach, very clean, and had activities. Didn’t have to travel anywhere for the water sports that I wanted to do. The rooms are nice and comfy as well.

I didn’t like they didn’t have a pool . I think the dinner at the hotel was not that good however, the breakfast was excellent
