Thank you very much. My family and I loved the hotel. The pool was excellent and the rooms were excellent.

Good location, enjoyed the pools, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and it was easy to come and go on our Keys adventures. The hotel was undergoing renovations when we arrived, so it was hard to get the full picture of service and amenities. We hope to come back sometime and see the finished product!

This hotel was remodeled 6 month ago, they didn’t miss a detail. They have marina, great backyard, vegetation with amenities, all brand new, no beach on side but sombrero beach 7 minutes away, I definitely recommend this place,

The hotel is beautiful, very clean, the breakfast menu is very limited and they don't have kids menu, I think is very expensive.

Our stay at Faro Blanco Resort & Yacht Club was not good at all. Upon arrival we were assigned the wrong room. My reservation was for a room with 2 queen beds and I was given a room with only one bed. After arriving at the correct room we noticed that the air conditioning was not working. To top it off, when we were leaving the hotel today the elevator was not working and we had to go down the stairs.

The property was very well kept. The staff is amazing . The room was very well decorated and very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The property is very nice! We stayed Labor Day Weekend! Very pleasant and rooms are very comfortable. Service is super nice! Very welcomed people! The only things the food. 2/10. Everything was not good. Oysters at the bar came with little crabs, wings bad, steak at the main restaurant horrible. Was a un chewable. The scallops was the only thing good in our stay. They most fire the chef and get a better menu and will be 10/10. I deft coming back. Hope the food gets better.

the front desk was excellent. room was excellent. housekeeping very good when it was done. two days out of 8 by evening we had to insist room need attention, we were out all day and maid service sign still on door. workers had very good attitude,professional and willing to be of service. The extensive remodeling, elevators were out of service. stairwells filthy and dangerous up to 3rd fl, We do believe when construction is completed it will be a very enjoyable hotel that we would vacation at again.

Nixe atention and clean area

Extremely unimpressed with my recent experience with this hotel. The only positive I can say is that most of the staff is nice. I booked through Expedia. When checking out they said they could email me my receipt for my stay. Big mistake bec I never got it and there was a large amount extra charged to my credit card that I didn't recognize. It took four phone calls to the hotel to try to get a receipt, so I could see what the charges were. I confirmed my email and even gave them a different email, but I still have no receipt. The girl at the front desks response was "well it's working for other guests". During my fourth phone call she was able to tell me that they never put in their system that I booked through Expedia where I prepaid for the majority of my stay, so the hotel charged me for the entire stay again. The manager was supposed to call me back yesterday, but I have yet to hear from anyone. Today, I called Hilton directly where he called the hotel again to state to me that "they already know about the refund it's on the managers desk". Not sure why they couldn't call me to let me know I would be getting the refund soon. Don't stay here it's absolutely not worth the hassle. I regret not going with my other hotel choice.

We liked it a lot, and good location

Under remodelation drilling at 6:00 am , gave me the wrong keys of an occupied room , ice maker broken and no customer service.

This was legitimately one of the worst experiences I’ve had staying in any hotel, motel, or vacation home in 48 years. So much construction was going on throughout the entire property that I was truly baffled as to who decided it would be appropriate to remain open during the work. Laying out by the pool? How about concrete saws and hammer drills and delivery trucks. Walk your kids to the marina? How about earth movers and small bulldozers driving through. Just want to get to the lobby? Sorry, we’re tiling the floor in front of the entrance so you’ll have to go around back. Nothing quite like paying good money to stay in the Florida keys and walking across plywood boards to check in. But hey, they have to probably leave at 5pm right? It’s quitting time! We’ll just go down to the pool and relax in the evening. Nope. How about construction still going at 8:30 pm that was also going at 8:30 am. This place was comical. For a while I thought we were in some prank show. Like Ashton Kutcher was gonna pop out of an unfinished closet and tell us you’re punked. Nope. No Asthon. No peace or relaxation. Just two days of frustration and a lot of wasted hard-earned money.

Despite still in construction, it was very good stay I recommend it to all my friends.

The property is undergoing renovations, so there is construction going on and some dust. Some amenities are limited due to this. Otherwise it is a nice property.

The entire resort is undergoing a major renovation. Fire alarms went off, water was shut off to the entire hotel for 3 hours one day, and the place is really a mess. Construction hammers pounding and saws started this morning shortly after 730 am. It needs to be closed down or guests adequately warned with this much disruption going on, and the renovation appears to have a long ways to go. I would stay elsewhere until it’s completed.

The property indicates un der renovation, its actually reconstruction. 1 of 2 pools closed, most of geounds unaccessible. Many amenities listed aren't even theirs, the amenities are at a prperty next door. Construction equipment and debris all around entire building as well as ongoing inside. Wasnt even safe enough to stay at. Canceled reservation & stayed somewhere else

Rooms are nice and modern. Didn’t seem like we got upgrade when we asked for it, even person at the reception told us we did. Average room far away overlooking pool and construction. We got charged for parking a car our self’s on the lot $20, not even for the valet. A lot of construction everywhere. Food in a restaurant taste very average, even it looks good. However service in the restaurant is good. Overall 3

The hotel was under construction which we were not notified of in advance. We woke up daily around 6-7am to drilling and hammering even in the room right next to us with no respect when asked to please stop (the next room). We also went to sleep to drilling daily up until 11:30. It was not worth the money and not relaxing whatsoever.

Contruction is ongoing and there was no mention of this. Boxes and equipment laid out in the floor outside room. Some access is blocked to amenities on the property but they add a reaort fee and parking fee on top of booking price. Comstruction workers were grilling out ans drinking beside the hotel right in the path of the bike racks. We did not feel safe.

The hotel was under construction so it was a little messy around but we knew that when we booked and they did give us a discount on price. It's going to be very beautiful after it's finished. . There is a marina there but no ramp to launch a boat or jet skis.

We wish we were told that the property is going in full renovation, it was very disappointing....the place will be nice in the future, but we could not use any thing in the hotel or outside....we used the Marriott pool next door

The whole property is under renovation, that was not disclosed when the reservation was made. I did find a hair in the shower. overall experience was OK but just not what I was expecting from previewing the resort website. Also, they make you pay each day the resort fees… Which I believe should be waived since the property is under construction with workers and dumpsters everywhere.
