There was continuous odur in the hallway and room. No lamp was working, looked like very old property , Staff was very humble. Elevator was very shaky and slow. I loved the location. All the tourist attraction points were within 15min drive. Property is located at the highway so no city traffic.

Shower curtain rod and toilet paper rold holder fell off wall absolutely no water pressure in shower tub would not hold water and parking was way to tight

Bad odor, ac did not work! It has not been remodeled/ renovated sense it was built! Trash!!!

The rooms—we were moved from the first to the second—were not maintained. The microwave in the second was dangerous and unusable because the inside was melted from a fire, the freezers in both were covered in inch-thick ice, the bathroom fan in one room didn’t work, and was hanging by one corner in the other room, the toilet paper holder was broken off of the wall, half of the lightbulbs were burned out, the mattresses were old and sunken in, the too small, ill-fitting curtain let the light in, and the first room’s door or lock had something wrong with it and I was unable to open the door from either the outside or inside. With much effort, my adult son got it open. The property is next to I-25 and the traffic noise was very loud 24 / 7. Also, sketchy people sat on the sidewalk and in the parking lot smoking and drinking. In its favor, the sheets were clean and we got two fresh bath towels the second day. However, I would not return and would not recommend the hotel to others. This was advertised as a Wyndham hotel, but appeared to be privately owned—which was misleading. I won’t trust Expedia in the future.

Front door was jammed. Took several attempts to open from both inside and out. Another guest down the hallway had similar problems. We were both told that our rooms were “the best” on the property and there were no other rooms available. It should be considered a safety hazard in case of fire. Although it is a non-smoking hotel, the odor in the hallways and room was unbearable. Vagrants loitered on the property.

The fellow that checked me in was great. He found me an east facing room on the 4th floor so that I could take some pictures of the rainbow to the east. He showed me a picture of a rainbow he took a week or so beforehand. He understood. Great place. Great fellow.

Location

We were there 4 day .they never changed the sheets,never made a bed never empty the trash no new towels. We were totally ignored. The room was clean the bedding had burn holes.

We did not even stay the night left early evening as we felt the area was unsuitable for a child and not safe. The hotel is shabby and not clean. We did not feel comfortable staying. Would not recommend this hotel! Terrible

The place needs some updating.

Room was dirty (dirty towels left behind) and the window wouldn’t latch.

Friendly staff, Pamela. Ac not cool enough specially during the day. But early morning its good. Need updating of bed and pillows. Saw cockroach in our room.

Our A/C leaked a large puddle on the floor and the whole room smelled moldy. We had to leave first thing because my family felt sick. When I told the desk clerk he brushed it off and didn't care at all.

Hallways were filthy. Bathtub was disgusting.

Very friendly staff especially receptionist.

We arrived and room A/C was not working very well. It showed 70 but it was just cool. Outside was 90 degrees. The ice machine was broken so no ice. In morning we had breakfast and the dining room was uncomfortably hot. We decided to leave after 1 night. Lost 1 of three remaining nights as we had not called within 24 hours. Very disappointed

It was 4 walls and a roof. Workers were very nice. Breakfast was just cereal and bread. AC worked part time. Thank god the window opened up.

I booked for 2 nights but stayed only 1 night . room was very bad smell and dirty . I had to use some perfume toreduce bad smell. Out side the property people smorking wedd .Dogs are every where . I would never recomnded or never stay again this place .

Room was hot as hell! The ac smelled like someone pissed in it!

I liked the clean room and they accept pets my pup was comfortable also water was hot the staff are wonderful I would stay again I loved how it was close to the garden of the gods. Thanks

It is a very small motel and the inside is very outdated. The exterior looks fine but too many people loitering around the outside smoking and hanging out. I felt like I was in the ghetto. I was worried about my car all night. The AC in our room kept shutting off and not working properly., I will never stay with this chain again after this trip. Saving money is not worth the stress. The free breakfast is an absolute joke!

The staff got us in at 2 in the morning because our other hotel had roaches. We went up to do IVF and they made sure that the next day we had a room after my wife had surgery. They took amazing care of my family, held the door for us, and greeted us every time we saw them. Amazing hotel and staff 10/10 recommend!!

I had to move from another motel chain to this one last minute. I was pleased with staff and rooms. Kinda out dated but good for the cost.

For a cheap motel, this was pretty good.

Beds had spots in them. Asked for clean sheets to cover the beds. Breakfast sucked. Would not recommend.
