The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location was really good and convenient to get around. The breakfast was really good but with with a cost. Unfortunately the beds were hard and uncomfortable. Except for the beds I would recommend this hotel.

Lovey hotel tucked in near the canals and an easy walk to everywhere. Pretty room, although it is small. Breakfast was amole and they cooked your eggs how you like. They allowed me to leave my luggage there until check in and after I checked out to make it easier.

It’s not your typical hotel. There is no elevator you have to take you bags up the stair or have some one take them up for you. The location is hard to find but once you find it you will find that it is located in a very convenient location that is close to everything you might want to do and very close to the water buss station. I will book it one more time if I get the chance to go there. And the restaurant under it is very good

Great location! A quick 5 minute walk to St. Mark’s Square on one side and a quick 5 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge on the other side. Clean, quiet, and a room not huge but large enough to move around in and be comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location - 200m from Rialto, and 200m from San Marco Piazza. Very welcoming. Be aware there are no lifts so if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage then be prepared. That said, the very helpful staff did carry our luggage up to our room.

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of Venice. Although the room was tiny, it was clean and comfortable. We could walk to all of the top sites in Venice. I would highly recommend.

The hotel was somewhat hidden but given how crowded and crammed Venice is that was no surprise. The overall quality of the hotel and service was excellent. We enjoyed our time at Venice and would stay at that hotel again.

I received a warm welcome. The room was a bit small but I had a single room so it was okay. No elevators so it’s not a good option for does unable to climb stairs. I did not eat breakfast but went to look and it’s not worth 10 or 12 euros how much ever it costs. Hotel should provide free water for guests especially upon arrival. Otherwise it was A good place to stay and convenient to restaurants and main sites on the island.

This is a lovely hotel in the heart of Venice - you can walk to everything. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating and the breakfast was outstanding!

The hotel was located on a quiet street and our room overlooked a canal where an occasional gondola would go by with someone singing or playing the accordion.
One complaint- there were hundreds of television channels but only 2 in English.

Wonderful boutique hotel minutes right in the center of all the action in busy Venice. minutes from St Marks Square, and a 5 min walk to the Realto bridge and water taxi station. we had a wonderful canal view with balcony. highly recommended!

Nice Hotel. Great location. Easy walk to local ferry boat and all surrounding sites. The only issue was hotel had no elevator. Also hotel has no water canal entrance.

Fabulous location and excellent staff! The roof top shared balcony is excellent. This gem is steps from all the most visited sites in Venice Italy. I would stay again.

The staff were amazing and professional. They made everything extremely easy. They cleaned our room every day and gave us directions to places we wanted to see. So grateful for them. first time in Italy and they made it super. I felt safe and right in the middle of everything a person needs when visiting Venice!

It’s a nice hotel, the room is quite small and there is no elevator. The staff helps you with your luggage. My room window was against a canal so the view is beautiful.

Great location on a canal of which my room on the fourth floor looked over. Breakfast was very nice and staff were excellent. There is no lift but porters assisted with taking bag up on arrival and down again on departure so it wasn’t an issue. Loved my stay and would definitely stay again.

This quaint hotel was in the heart of Venice! The staff was amazing and all the places to see were very close to our hotel. (If you have a hard time moving around, this hotel is not for you. There are no elevator s!)

Climbing the stairs to the room was hard, but the staff were excellent taking our bags up for us.
The staff recommended a restaurant close buy and booked our water taxi to the port, everything ran smoothly, thank you.

Venice is unique. Must walk and carry luggage but that is true of nearly every hotel. Beautiful property. Small room but lovely. Would stay there again. Very nice breakfast.

The property is well maintained and the staff are clearly long term employees. Service was excellent, efficient and friendly and nothing was to much trouble.
Location was great putting us within easy walking distance of most things. The hotel was equidistant between the Riato bridge and st Marks Sq.
