The front desk service not friendly at all they said free buffet and they try to charge you they don’t explain what kind of breakfast the service in the restaurant not so good

I loved everything about it, the only thing was the free breakfasts confusion, was suppose to be free and we got charged every Time. The pool was filled with leafs when we arrived but got cleaned the next day. They have so many restaurants and good food options walking distance (for us the best restaurant was Sophia’s Italian)definitely come again

Lots to do in the area, heavy car traffic so not ideal for walking but we managed to get around on foot. Lots of good food and small shops

Gr8 hotel in the Davila section of Tijuana. Staff is friendly & conscientious. Free breakfast was delicious & the buffet had options for multiple dietary needs. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Reserved 5 rooms horrible service, no music at the bar, bartender was rude and poor costumer service very delicate and rude staff, never staying at this hotel. Food was not good ,the valet stuff was really nice.

They charged us the wrong amount and charges $6000 American money instead of pesos which flagged my bank and we had to call and the front desk denied but the bank told us that it was ran through for American money at $6000. Also check in took over an hour and then the keys did not work. The room that we were given was dirty there was hair everywhere. The water was brown limited towels definitely needs updating. And the room smelled like smoke. Also, the neighbor next to us was smoking cigarettes and all the smoke was coming under the joined door. Into our room.

When checking in I asked to buy a toothbrush and the female host said they didn’t have any. In the morning I was gonna walk to the store to buy one and I asked the male host at front desk the same question and said yea we do have them they cost 50 pesos. A great price. But I don’t understand why the night female host said they didn’t have any nor any for sale. I would if payed 100 pesos just to have had the toothbrush a night before

They say breakfast included but they fail to say you only get bread, coffee, and fruit. You have to pay “extra” for the actual served made to order food. The VIP upgrades are not worth it at this hotel.

Rooms were not clean. Poor water pressure. Limited dining around hotel.

Staff was friendly, my room was clean, clean sheets and pillows. The food available for room service was very good. Would recommend.
Elevator wasn’t working during my stay but stairs don’t bother me.
