There is construction work going on on site and next door. No one told us about it before. The next door property will not be completed for the next 12 to 24 mo. Be aware. I would not go there again.

It was comfortable. Not too much not too little. The staff were very helpful, interms of arranging transpotation and recommending activities. The rooms are very clean and spacious.

They construction in the hotel around the hotel by the hotel, the entire five days we were there. The shower stall in our room was like a sprinkler and it would fill with water so we were all bathing in each other’s bathwater. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. I’ve never been in jail, but I’m sure that’s what the bed feels like in jail.

I liked that the property was close to the ocean, dining, shopping and was safe.

The location is perfect. The food is good. Breakfast is included. The internet always works and even reaches out to the beach. Plenty of towels in the rooms. The biggest fail is that coolers and personal speakers are prohibited around the pool. I would not stay here again solely for this reason. The seating at the restaurant should be managed better. I traveled in a group of 10 family members, 6 adults and 4 kids. One or two people would be allowed to occupy a table for 6 instead of a table for 2 or 4 and the employees wouldn't ask them to move to a smaller table. But then we were asked to move from the two tables of 4 that we pulled chairs up to because it left a table of 2 without chairs and we were told that they were executive tables as if we didn't belong there.

The hotel upkeep is questionable. Found things not working and were told but did nothing about it

Great location. Looks nice. Needs better curtains . The current curtains are see through and since my unit was a corner unit, people walking by the room could see straight in. To bad of the loud construction next to it but once that is done it should be ok.

The customer service was excellent special the ladies on the restaurant…

I will say that the location was in the middle of everything. Unfortunately, location was the only positive. We actually left about 10 minutes after checking in. The room was gross. Just not clean. The sink was broken, the room was outdated, and bathroom was grimey. We stayed just long enough to hook up to the wi-fi so we could find another hotel and then we left. I will not recommend this hotel at all.

When I arrived th staff greeted me with Purda Vida kindness. The room furniture was outdated the mattress not very comfortable, but we are in costa \rica so for the region and th price I would say it is averge. I got complimentary breakfast dail which was good. The one big problem I have is I was not allowed to have ANYONE VISIT ME. i AM NOT ACCUSTOMED TO THAT AND i WAS HIGHLY OFFENDED WHEN A FRIEND JUST STOPPED BY TO SAY HELLO and the hotel clerk came banging on my door demanding that the person leave. We were just talking. I was Highly OFFENDED considering I paid over 700 for 7 nights that no one could visit except me.

The property was very nice. The hotel staff was very accommodating. I stayed here 6 days with my fiancé and we both had a great time. A/C was very cold and the room was cleaned well everyday. Breakfast was great everyday. The only thing that could have been better was water pressure/heat. But still that would not stop me from booking here again. For Costa Rica this is a 5star hotel in the USA it wouldn’t be but it is much different there and just enjoy where you are get over the comforts of home you miss. The hotel is really infront of the beach and they have breakfast. A pre-fixed menu with ok flavor and fruits. BUT DONT STAY HERE. The front desk lady had an bad attitude and she didn’t think her work was more important than chatting with a local. The bathroom was the worst, the toilet is “flushed” by pushing. BUT it’s super hard, and it has to be hold for a while to actually work. The shower didn’t close, and the floor under has a disgusting stain with a slippery growth. The mosquito screen had a bunch of holes where the mosquitoes were getting in either way. The swimming pool was green, they had some people pretending to cleaning but as soon as they thought we had left they stopped. The pool was still green with some slippery stuff on the floor and walls. I was excited to take my baby daughter to cool off at the pool but it was soo bad I couldn’t. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Although you could see it’s former beauty, everything was run down or in disrepair. Constantly running faucets. A toilet you had to open the lid and jiggle the handle to get it to stop running. The glade plug-in in the bathroom to over power the musty smell. The green hot tub.

I have no idea why this place is still rare well. It’s worn down, bed sheets dirty, furniture is falling apart. Looks like the place hasn’t seen any Reno or upgrade in 30 years

The hotel is what we expected of a 3 or 3.5 hotel Fantastic staff,beach chairs available ocean front,clean pool area. Easy to walk for dining options. Fantastic sunsets every night. Would stay there again

Is a good place based on the location and the rooms are good is fair enough and the food is great

Cleaning friendly family place

This hotel was a nightmare. Not only did the elevator not work (we were on the 3rd floor) the in house telephone did not work, the wi fi did not work and the toilet seat was broken. Those were the good points. Every morning at 3:30 am 100 feet from our room there was partying, drug abuse and music so loud we could never get back to sleep. (The first morning they were there until 9am) And..Every night our room flooded due to the heavy rains, pouring in from the closed doors and windows. The first night of flooding when we requested help they brought us 2 bath towels, and the 2nd night they refused to give us any help at all. We checked out 3 nights early and now they will not refund our money.

Had 1 hot shower in 4 days left a day early.room was damp no dehumidifier Staff could not get the water right.asked to be moved they just kept working on water Do not stay in room 205

I will give one star. Not as expected. Your advertisement of this property on the website misleading

The room was a nice unit. But the phone didn't work, the refrigerator was unplugged, there were no wash rags. The property would not allow for you to bring anyone to your room with you. If I were to have met people and wanted to go to my room and play cards or have drinks, they wouldn't allow it.

Was on a bachelor party and we had 2 different hotels between the group. The other hotel didn't have a pool so we invited the other group to our pool and the security guard wouldn't allow any outside guess in the hotel. ABSOLUTLY NO OUTSIDE GUEST ALOWED IN THIS HOTEL.

Staff is super friendly and helpful.

a/c barely worked. phones are in rooms but dont work.staff entered rooms even with do not disturb sign on doors. only two channels of tv all spanish language and snowy. beds are hard as a rock. sheets did not smell clean and we not changed one time in the week i stayed there.
