I have stayed several times but this time was a little off. The room I got was not that same as last time and I asked to be moved but I was told I could not but the parking lot was empty. Also, I used one credit card to secure the reservation but when I arrived I provided another card to be used. The hotel charged my card for the deposit but the original card for the stay which was not what I requested.

We love the Berkeley! We’ve stayed several times in different units and it’s always clean and comfortable.

Super easy check in and fast which we appreciated but what we loved most was we did not get a sales pitch forced on us and bothered our entire stay like most vacation rentals in Orlando. The room was spacious and comfy but the cleaning product smell was intense. Easy to get to the room and the hot tub was enjoyed by some of our party. We will definitely be back!

Nice stay and conveniently located to Disney parks. King bedrooms had spacious bathrooms and very comfortable beds. We liked that each king room had door to enclosed balcony. However, the twin beds had thin mattresses that were uncomfortable, at least for an adult. Hard to open cabinets without any handles, no bag for ice bucket and tiny dead insects on window sill in kitchen. Staff was very responsive to all our requests.

Pleasantly surprised by roominess of unit. Very Clean, furniture in living area a little plain, well used( chair had some small stains and a tiny hole) couch not very comfy. Beds were comfortable.Jacuzzi tubs were nice. Loved watching fireworks from the balcony. The full kitchen saved us some money by allowing us to cook however the skillet wasn’t the best quality and stuck despite how much oil was used. All in all we had a great stay and would stay again. Very close to the theme parks and easy to get to.

The property is nice and comfortable, and was great for our family. It had everything we needed while away from home. However, we all developed a rash that turned out to be scabies. I hope the management can address this and properly get rid of it.

Very good apartment hotel, just a few minute ride from Walt Disney World. We were really happy with the amenities, including a big refrigerator/freezer, oven, spacious bed- and bathrooms and a lot of storage space. Everything was especially clean and tidy when we came but cleaning might need to be better planned.
One big disappointment was with the check-in but we needed to call and present my credit card details through phone, as we arrived after hours.
All in all, we believe this was really worth it and we will likely reccomend this hotel to friends and family coming to Orlando:)

Large apartment with all facilities and very comfortable beds. There is nothing within walking distance of this hotel so a car is required. Nice pool area.
Unfortunately, when we arrived at 11pm reception was closed. Helpful maintenance staff found security for us but she had not been left a key for us. She was very helpful and spoke with her supervisor and arranged a room for us, though we were to collect the key the following morning. The front desk manager was unsympathetic and explained that because we had not paid upfront, a key would not have been left for us. It had been a stressful introduction to the apartment complex after a long journey, not helped by her attitude. The reception staff were disappointing to say the least but we were very grateful to the maintenance/security staff for helping us.

The moment we arrived and entered the room, we felt great. Wverything was sooo nice and spacious. On of / or the best resort expeerience we had so far.

I recently stayed at this resort and overall, it was a great experience, offering good value for money. I'd rate it 4 out of 5 stars.
The units were really nice, featuring well-equipped kitchens and in-unit laundry with most needed supplies included. This added a lot of convenience to our stay.
The pool was on the medium side but it was never crowded, which made for a pleasant and relaxing time.
One area that needs improvement is the game room. The pool table and ping pong table have definitely seen better days and could use an update.
We received minimalist housekeeping once during our one-week stay, and my wife was not super happy with the service. She noticed a few things right away that indicated poor cleaning, such as chocolate wrapper and hairs still on the floor after the cleaning.
Additionally, the guest rooms and extra sofa bed only come with thin, single-layer comforters instead of regular ones with proper filling, which was a bit disappointing.
Lastly, the front desk staff could benefit from a bit more training. They should focus more on the guests instead of their phones.
Overall, it was a good stay and I would consider returning in the future.

The concept of the condo is great especially for a large party like we had and kids however, I would NOT Recommend this hotel for the lack of cleanliness. Toe nail in one bathroom, hair in the towels, and one person in my reservation contracted scabies from the bed. Do NOT go to this hotel!
