This was our 6th trip to the VIM. Staff are amazing & the grounds are beautiful. The food & drinks are top-notch. The resort offers options if you just want to relax or if you want to party.

Went in May and unusually hotter than normal and even the pools were to hot. I wish there was a way the could pump cooler water in them

Facilities and food were excellent. The staff was kind and helpful at all times. I am a returning guest and the resort is still top notch. I don’t plan on staying anywhere else when I travel to this area of Mexico.

A truly amazing experience, I cannot imagine going anywhere else when visiting Mexico for an all-inclusive vacation. They have everything, and will deliver you a remarkable, relaxing time with much to offer for enjoying the property, the pools, the ocean, and a wide variety delicious food and drink.

Amazing property, very well kept, beautiful grounds! The pools were huge, pool side bar service was fast and efficient. Several dining options, with gourmet food, great coffee shop and fast and tasty room service. Entertainment was the best we’ve ever seen in any resorts in Cancun. The resort was very peaceful and quiet. But the thing that makes this resort really special is the staff. Everyone was helpful, kind, genuinely friendly and helpful. We will definitely return!

Lack of transportation around the property unless you call ahead. Many of the staff will drive past you without asking if you would like a ride. Its a very large property so that would have been helpful. Overall we had a great experience!

Pros: This is a good vacation spot if you just want to sit around in the pool, eat and drink. It is very beautiful to walk around the grounds, during the day and at night, that are well kept, and resort staff is very upbeat and pleasant.
Cons: Checking in took a lot longer than expected as there were only 2 guests checking in at that time. Got to the room and had a broken umbrella and it was raining, we called the office as our concierge was never in their office, waited 30 minutes for a new 1 that never arrived and took the shuttle to get our own from the office. The sports equipment needs an upgrade, took the bike tour and 1 bike was broken and unusable, 1 bike broke while on the tour, and the rest were in a state of needing to be upgraded. The beach is good for looking at but there are so many big rocks that you cannot go in the water in front of the resort except for 1 little area, and the beach closes at night.

The breathtaking scenery of this property never fail to impress me. The dedicated staff's willingness to go above and beyond for their customers is remarkable. However, what truely cativates me is the simple and tranquil design of Capilla San Valentin, compelling me to visit it repeatedly.

It is a beautiful location, and it is kept in excellent conditions. The staff is extremely well trained and very friendly, whether in the pool or in the more formal restaurants, they do an excellent job. However, I was totally disappointed in how far the beach was from our villa, and then once you're on the beach, you need to walk quite a bit to get to one of the cabanas since all the close locations are reserved for the Prive guests. I'm handicapped and chose this hotel because it mentioned how close it was to the beach, but I was not able to go there the entire time of my stay.

We stayed for our honeymoon and it was a perfect romantic getaway. The food was pretty good and the views are breathtaking. Only big downside was the condition of the beach, it was very rocky since the last hurricane.

The grounds of VIRM are absolutely stunning you can tell the resort is dedicated to maintaining the natural beauty of the resort. Beaches were beautiful (a bit rocky but if you bring water shoes you should be fine) and the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. The dining options were great and the staff was great at handling my gluten allergy. We got the Emerald sweet since we love the beach and it was gorgeous and clean.

LOVED VIM! Amazing resort! Every restaurant was delicious, they clean your room twice a day, the staff was so friendly and helpful, the grounds were beautiful, room service was delicious. Can’t say enough good things about the resort. Will definitely be going again!

The dinner options were great! Stay away from the taco truck .. not very good. The staff wasn’t as attentive as other hotels we have stayed at. The mini bar only had plain chips as the snack option. The beach was full of rocks no sand .. we ended up leaving and going to Maroma beach a couple days which was beautiful
