Everyone at the hotel were wonderful and breakfast was very good!

We had a very pleasant mid-week stay. Excellent breakfasts, quiet and tasteful atmosphere. Don't miss the rooftop pool and library. Everyone from the manger to the service people were friendly and responsive. Our only complaint was spotty wi-fi service in our room.

It’s a classic historical architectural hotel, it’s really nice and the staff is great. Very nice restaurants are walking distance

The hotel was quaint but rooms need to be better cleaned. The pool area needs to be completely updated. The breakfast buffet was always running out of food even going earlier on- staffing in the restaurant not friendly and seemed bother if you ask for something

This hotel is a block or two away from the best shopping, restaurant, nightlife and sightseeing in the area! It is clean, safe and the staff is top notch! The small bar located near the lobby is great for drinks and snacks and always plays great local music. The bartender is the best! She is very kind, active and attentive to all our needs. The rooms are spacious and property safe and secure. I have been here several times and will always return!

I got bit my mosquitoes 4 times. It’s an older hotel and lots of standing stagnant water. Otherwise can’t beat the price and location. Staff was friendly

This hotel is a nice one, but need to improve more. I stay 4 nights and the first 3 didn't have hot water during the night. Didn't have a A/C Remote and no TV remote. Nice pool on the 4th floor and good breakfast.

I liked the hotel interior, but it was uncomfortable to use the towels in the room, bed, bathroom, and shower booth.

Our favorite place to stay 1-2 nights. BP needs major renovations. Leaks, rooms need deep cleaning, bathrooms could use makeovers.....Furniture aroun the hotel needs to be disgarded to make spaces more comfortable for guest to enjoy outside their rooms or on patios.
Other boutique hotels are becoming more attractive as they are newer or have completed their makeovers.
We love the Palacio, but would like to see and feel more up to date upkeep.

We have stayed in this hotel multiple times and every time it gets worse. This will be the last time we stay here as the experience is not worth it. Poor Room Cleanliness, no hot water and Tons of mosquitos.

Hotel was fine but impossible to adjust the air conditioning which was way too cold and they were unable to provide more blankets?!?!? A very chilly night!

People are not really friendly be sure it’s you make a reservation be prepared for everything. We stay 3 people in my room I have to pay $40 a day for the 3 person . . But when I request an extra soap they want to charge me $5 dólar for a soap and they breakfast are nothing fresh . And people are not really friendly

Hotel is in a great location. And the hotel is old with great architecture. Service was good. The front desk staff were very helpful. pool area looks shabby. The breakfast was pretty basic. We had no wifi for almost 8 hours. That was tough. It’s hard to get towels. I might stay there again.

The hotel wasn’t that bad, just a few minor issues. First I was greeted by a small lizard that climbed up the wall behind the tv. I never saw it for the remainder of the trip. I had to run the hot water maybe 5-10 minutes before taking a shower if I wanted a hot shower. I think the hotel can be modernized some. But overall I wasn’t disappointed. The location was perfect. And the buffet breakfast was good as well. I’m in love with avocados. I’ll be back soon!
