The good:
Very convenient if you need to be at the Mc Cormick Convention Center, nice room, everything is impecable, the hotel itself looks nice
There are several restaurants surrounding the hotel, fashion outlet a nearby
The bad: I can only complain about being understaffed at the breakfast restaurant. I’ve never had to wait for 30-40 minutes for an available table anywhere around the world. Even worst, the existing staff has a very poor attitude but that’s due to the fact they are not enough to fully attend the restaurant.
I stayed 4 nights, only the last day I got to take breakfast why out waiting 30 minutes for a table

Absolutely beautiful location. My room was was so clean that I couldn't believe it! Comfort was immediately found in the ambiance of the room, given the vintage design, plush bed/bedding, and modern bathroom. I enjoyed the rainfall style shower and the updated thermostat. The restaurant was refreshing in the morning. Wonderful service from friendly associates. Everything went great, except for a quick visit to the restaurant on the first night of my stay. I was served cold fries. Other than that, I can't wait to return!!!

Absolutely loved my stay here. Room was excellent, and staff were nice. Super easy to validate my parking. I'll definitely be staying here again in the future.

Its a nice hotel. It's right next to the outlets and there is a lot of dining options. The staff is young and could do a lot better in customer service but overall it's a nice hotel. The shuttle service to the airport is also very convenient.

Stayed here the night before and after a football game down in Indiana. Stayed here numerous times before. Great location, really decent facilities, dry nice people, especially reception. Bar/Restaurant staff very pleasant but rushed and a little stand off-ish. Restaurant seater/greeter more interested in their phone than welcoming/thanking guests. Drinks and food were really decent. Parking is a pain - no spaces available until floor 9.

This was a ridiculous stay. Arrived at 10pm with 4 bags no one even offered to help me.
Went to the restaurant, they brought me a completely different meal than I ordered.
Light switch didn’t work in room.
When to get coffee at Starbucks she made my drink wrong, nor can you pay with a gift card. They rang up someone else’s bill on my CC. No one helped me with my bags again.

Enjoyed our one night stay Loews’ Chicago. Staff was very nice and so was the food from the restaurant. I like that it was close to the airport and that they had a shuttle bus that takes you to the airport!

Nice property. There was no complimentary water in the room; we had to send a text message to request water. What if older people who can’t text say at the hotel… would they have to go to the front desk to request water? How inconvenient.

High end hotel! I love the location, easy parking, and the Starbucks in the lobby. We always stay here instead of downtown and Uber into the city!
