l have stayed at Sleep Inn on all major holidays for several years. It is always sparkling clean and looks new. The staff is wonderful. The breakfast is good and offers scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy and all of the "cold" stuff such as yogurt, cereal, etc. This is my go-to hotel in Tyler.

Check in was great. Everything was pretty good. Shower was a bit unusal. Not very hot hot water. Bed was a bit hard for my liking. Didnt sleep well. And the pillows are very small. Breakfast was good.

It’s the second time I’ve stayed at this particular Sleep Inn. It’s a wonderful hotel. I had only one issue, and that is when the desk clerk announced our room number at checkin as he handed us the key.

I reserved this hotel because it has a nice outdoor pool. This time the pool was under maintenance our entire stay which was 3 nights. If I would have know it wasn’t working, I would have chose a different hotel WITH a functioning pool. Expedia is trying to work with hotel management to get refund back to me, but I’m just getting the run around from the hotel. I’ll probably never be compensated. I don’t understand why hotels don't communicate on their website when they’re not able to have an amenity or service working. In addition to the pool not working, the Wi-Fi is terrible here and the breakfast is lacking variety.

This location was exceptionally clean and well kept. The location is quiet and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The full breakfast did not disappoint either. Overall we were very pleased with the hotel.

First time at this Hotel, we came to visit our first new born grandson. Very pleasant receptionist greeted me. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Really enjoyed my visit. One exception was my wife advised she wants a bath tub next time. The breakfast was really good. Grandson was great.

First I just wanna say how much I really appreciate the friendly encounter when you enter the building. Going to different hotels are all different experiences. The last hotel I visited before coming here was Horrible to say the least! After that I said I would rather sleep in my car, before going back there! I haven't been at "The Sleep Inn" before.I wanted to give it a try & I'm glad that I did! The customer service from the time I stepped inside the doors from leaving it was a wonderful experience for me. The respect for the individual, the friendly service, the clean, quiet spot is now my go to hotel! So from my tired feet & back(thank you) ;) #Carma R

not the best hotel I've ever stayed at, but not the worst, either. The walls in this hotel are very thin, and I could hear every little thing in the room next to me and in the hall. the beds were somewhat stiff, which made sleeping in one position all night impossible. I did not have breakfast at the hotel, but I did go down for coffee, and it was not great. the hotel was in a good location for me and gave us great access to stores and restaurants within just a few-minute drive.

This hotel is well managed. We did find beer in the mini-fridge and a wine spritzer box in the closet, so the cleaning job wasn’t so thorough. However, we did drink the beer, so there’s that! We’ve stayed here twice and would come back. It’s convenient to shopping and restaurants.

I travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels from 3-5 stars. This was by far the best hotel to stay in. It’s close to restaurants, the Mall and other attractions, but it’s set back off the main road where it’s quiet and peaceful. They serve a full hot breakfast (yes, bacon, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy) along with your basic breakfast items. The staff was not only professional but friendly and personable. They went out of the way to make sure my daughter and I enjoyed our stay. This is definitely our go-to home away from home every time we come to Tyler, Texas. Thank you!!!

The hotel was AMAZING!!! But it took myself and the kind front staff desk over an hour to get Hotels.com to confirm my reservation! I got an email with the reservation information and my bank account was charged, but apparently Hotels.com didnt send over my information to the hotel. It was a MESS! The front desk was so nice and helped me sort through everything. We both had to call customer service to get some answers. I will be very hesitant to use Hotels.com ever again

Great comfortable room. Wonderful variety of breakfast items. Comfortable bed. Wish the tv menu showed what programs were currently playing. All i saw was list of what channels were available. Had to channel surf to see what was on. Found some great movies.

Stayed there in the past, but not again.
After checking in and going to my assigned room I discovered the room door was propped open and the television was on. Before I entered I went back to the front desk and asked the desk clerk to come see if anyone was in the room, he did and there was not anyone in the room. However, the room smelled so badly the desk clerk offered to find some “spray” to cover up the order. There are other options, no reason to go back to that hotel the next time I am i am in town.

The property sits behind a shopping center and restaurants. It is an easy location to enter and exit. The rooms are nice and comfortable. This is a great stay for the value!
