So this is a bit of a mixed bag. First, I want to say the staff here are great. Everyone is kind, helpful, and were easy to talk to. I used the shuttle to come to the hotel from YUL- the guy took our luggage and helped load us in. They helped us find a room to check in early bc we were exhausted- and thank you so much for that. The room itself was smaller than expected, but that’s fine. The walls were dirty; but everything else was clean. The bed was squeaky and I’m not sure if it was old or what. The bathroom btw 5-stars- clean, and felt recently remodeled. No tub in the room, but we enjoyed the hot tub. The worst thing was the situation with sound proofing from the hallway. I have PTSD so loud bangs and stuff are a huge issue, our door didn’t close and had to be pulled shut- I think other people had the same issue because I heard SO many slamming doors to the point where I had an anxiety attack, because other travelers are on their own schedule, it happened a lot until about 2am. Because of this, I cancelled my return stay for when we fly out. I really hope the hotel considers remodeling their walkways and doors for a quieter experience, soundproofing their doors would make such a huge quality of life improvement. I shouldn’t be able to hear a kid crying 4 doors down from my bed and have my PTSD triggered for $150 per night you know?

3rd time there…hope to go back.

Upon arrival staff were very friendly. The hallway was smelly, the room was clean but definitely outdated. Very comfy bed. The restaurant was terrible. No tables were cleared to sit down even though it was mostly empty. Took 15 minutes after ordering to get our drinks. Brought a dirty glass for my beer. About 30 mi utes to ger food which was only a sadwich and fries, again even tough the restaurant was mostly empty. Later called down for wine glasses for the room, left us on hold for 5 minutes after we just hung up. Shuttle service was fantastic!

Everything was very good. The only issue we had was that our flight arrived past midnight and the shuttle service stopped ay 11pm. We had to psy for a short cab ride for a minimum fee of $25.

Very tight room, the beds are average. Surprised to see that there isn't drinking water provided, the hotel staff recommend taking the tap water. Also, the phone did not worked and TV is provided without remote :).

This location was very convenient to the YUL airport. The staff was very helpful. While checking in the staff informed me of the shuttle service to the airport. We had a rental car but it was nice of him to ask us whether we needed to be put on the reservation list. Our room looked nice and clean. The staff was there to please.

Super clean and modern room. Only stayed one night but wasn’t missing anything. Definitely will return for when we fly down south!

Second time here, nice place to stay. A bit far but good parking.

All was as expected except we booked a room with two beds and when we showed up, the room had one made bed. We had to ask for a sofa bed kit and we had to make our own bed.

Great overnight stay between flights

I was charged an extra $85 to have a small dog stay with us. The room was already overpriced. The area was dirty and unsafe. The parking was in an unguarded area where anyone walking by could vandalize your car. The staff seemed indifferent and provided no services or assistance. There were no nearby restaurants, and due to the one-way street, it required a five-mile drive to return to the hotel if you left to find a restaurant. The location was horrible and not worth $50 a night. There was no complimentary continental breakfast. Additionally, people were smoking pot on the property, and the roads were full of potholes.

Airport shuttle was great. Nice to have a restaurant on site. And staff very responsive when I called.

Property was easy to find, there are some big grocers and stores in area, which are easy to get to if you have a vehicle. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful, from front desk to restaurant to cleaning staff. The night we checked in (Jun 1), there was a young man serving us who was noticeably a trainee, but he was very pleasant and when he didn't know the answer he made sure he asked his supervisor to confirm. Supervisor was around at all times, so there was no disruption in service.
