Good location and the hotel has good amenities

This is a large comfortable resort in a lovely building (we stayed in the main one) with very nice looking auxiliary properties as well Nice large open pool area, and beautiful furnishings in the lobby and very nice restaurant on site

Property is in a great location, liked the water activity ammenities. Patio offers no privacy, opens onto the central activity at lake and pool areas so would not really call it a patio, rather a couple of chairs outside your door. The staff was friendly, did their job as expected. Really liked the option of the green program. Much appreciated. My only complaints would be that. There needs to be an elevator. I watched folks struggle carrying luggage, bags, and infants in car seats up the steps. Also, a microwave to heat up leftovers or coffee would be a convenient addition.

I had left hearing aids in our room. Ann and Barbara were incredibly helpful and efficient getting them sent by UPS to me the following day.

Good place! Location was perfect. “Beach” was not as spacious as anticipated and confusing to get to.

Quaint, lovely area. Hotel was close to restaurants, local shopping, and Olympic sites. Parking on premises. Clea, spacious accommodations. Very attentive staff. Delicious food in onsite restaurant.

Nice hotel with a cabin vibe. Our room was clean, spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Staff was great, very helpful. As it is an older hotel, some of the lobby furniture is dated, rustic style but adds to the charm of the hotel. The grounds are well maintained. Dinner at the onsite restaurant was good and the portions are large so we had leftovers.

This is the 3rd time we've stayed here and we'll be back again. It's so relaxing and everyone is so friendly and helpful. The patio room is the best place in all of Mirror Lake 💙 It's my happy place 💗

Lovely property with an amazing view it was convenient to everything in town.

Helpful and friendly stuff. Kids loved both indoor and outdoor pools.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The amenities are also excellent, with all water sports included in the nightly fee. The rooms are very small, especially if traveling with children. There are no tables or couches in the double rooms. The beds are very comfortable as well and the balcony offers beautiful views of the mountains and lake if you select this option. Our room did not smell clean and there were scratches on the door, indicating that pets stayed there. We did not bring a pet, so found it unappealing that we were placed in a pet friendly room.

The property needs maintenance and updating. Additionally, the staff members at the lake working with the water activities need to be more cooperative. The pool closes at 7pm however the staff member was not allowing anyone into the pool at 6:30pm.

Property is dog friendly and staff is very good to our pup ... she also enjoys her stays at High Peaks

We had an unexpectedly pleasant stay. From check in to check out everything was great. The common areas and grounds are clean, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are very quiet. My only criticism is that the indoor pool in the adjacent hotel is embarrassingly sad and should be closed but there is another brand new one in the main hotel. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend!

Nice hotel. Very well located. Easy to get to the Main Street for some shopping and close to restaurants. Nice view of Mirror Lake and I was able to see the sunrise from my room. Clean rooms. Check-in was easy and front desk staff were very thorough. Highly recommend.

Amazing location, convenient parking, comfy lawn chairs by the pool. Very comfortable accommodations for a family of five.

Location excellent. Resort restaurant and bar very good.

It was about to be stormy which May account for poor TV reception. The people were fantastic! I lived meeting all from foreign countries. Loved that you were pet friendly and had so many amenities a pretty gardens!

Hotel room was fine. Could see daylight from the door going to the outside courtyard.. one of the woman at the front desk staff wasn’t the friendliest but everyone else was nice. Check in took a long time. There were two parties in front of us, plus a third that jumped in front of our family. The front desk staff took a very long time with them and going over the map. When we checked in, the lady who wasn’t the friendliest didn’t take much time with us or explain anything. Maybe just overwhelmed but we ended up confused about the room service credit and having no info on how to get to the outdoor pool/water activities on the lake.

Stayed at the Lake level rooms. No elevator, walk down 1 flight. Loved the complimentary kayaks and paddle boats. Friendly staff.
