Nice place great location i walked everywhere lots of good restaurants and pubs. In the old town area. The room was spacious separate bedroom . Staff was great .

This is the second time staying here. Apartments are centrally located. Only 5 minute walk to main square. Spacious apartments. They have everything you need. Highly recommended

First time in Poland and my favourite city so far . These apartments are right off the square stunning clean and everything you could need . Breakfast in the local restaurant was well worth it . Loved everything about these apartments and location we will be back

The location was great! The rooms great but…..when we made the reservations I specifically told them we were in our 60’s and 70’s and had issues with stairs. The stairs were horrible and there was not a life in the one building so this was a real issue for us and hauling luggage. This is a place for much younger tourists!

Apartment was in a great location, the reception staff were very friendly and accommodating, i arrived early hours of the next morning due to a very long delay with the flights but there was no issues and staff very friendly and understanding

This property is in an excellent location! I have stayed here multiple times and each time has been great. The apartments are clean well equipped. I would recommend this property highly!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying with Antique Apts. I wouldn’t rate it as quiet, as there seemed to be a lot of coming and going late at night, but not the company’s fault. Just know that it’s a semi-noisy little area of Krakow. Super easy to get to the Square & pleeeeeenty of great places to eat and shop. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic apartments. Location amazing as it was right in the middle of the main squares. Everything you needed, did not need to bring anything with you.

The apartment was very spacious, and clean, comfortable, and in great location, the only issue was that there was no air conditioning.

The apartments are great, location fantastic, attached restaurant for breakfast great value, however we were on the 5th Floor of Block C - NO LIFT, the listing says there is a lift but it doesn't specify what block that is in - there are 3 blocks to my knowledge - I have an injury at the moment but didn't think I needed to request an accessible room as a lift is stated on the facilities!
Carrying 20KG up 5 flights of steps, well my husband did (2 flights each floor) was sole destroying, thinking of popping back to the room during the day - no thanks I couldn't face the flights of stairs, did request another room upon check in nothing was available - you really need to up date your listing as guests need the full information - only saving grace was that the apartment had Air Con many did not and if climbing the stairs in 31 degrees wasn't bad enough I think having no air con would have literally finished me off! Also during 4 night stay no towel change or room cleaning!

No Elevator in Block B and Block C which makes it a challenge to access the rooms on the top floors (like 4th and 5th floor) as the only way is through stairs which are pretty steep..... highly inconvenient. Rest in terms of cleanliness, location and staff is good.

Property good but some random long hairs which were definitely not ours. Couldn’t use the breakfast as they started too late. Breakfast started at 8.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect. The bathroom was outstanding. Nice apartment, large bedroom. The kitchen left a bit to be desired though, with almost no counter space and a stove top in need of replacement. And there was construction on-going the whole stay loud.

I have given a poor review despite never having stayed at the property because unfortunately my flight was cancelled by airline and I booked this stay last year before the Covid-19 pandemic and therefore booked with genuine belief I would be travelling to Poland. I emailed property to ask to rearrange stay however the property did not answer this email. Eventually I was contacted and told there would be no refund or opportunity to rearrange stay. Considering the recent world pandemic I would have thought they would have been more accommodating. When I do eventually travel to Poland I will not be booking a stay at this property.

I booked both my outbound and return flights with Expedia, these were both cancelled by the airline, Expedia were no help whatsoever and the hotel refused to even offer a voucher for a later stay.

Property was adequate, clean and tidy.
Music all night until 0600 in tge morning. Did message the apartments through WhatsApp but no reply or explanation.

Our apartment was not only functional, it was beautiful and clean as well. The location is within walking distance to everything and the view from the apartment was amazing. Staff helped us several times with help booking excursions, taxis, etc.. Always friendly and helpful. I fell in love with the city and have it on my list of places to return.

The room itself had everything that was needed and was clean. Unfortunately we were on the 4th floor, without a lift so every time we went to the room we had 96 steps to climb. Which after a day of sightseeing isn’t the best thing. I did ask if there was a room on a lower floor as the 4th has a few too many stairs but was told, at least it’s not the 5th!!
There is a little kitchen in the room, so if the thought of going out for dinner is too much you can cook up a treat! The bedding had seen better days with a few holes in it but was clean and changed every 3rd day. The walls however are thin so beware noisy neighbours! The staff were friendly. For a budget hotel it wasn’t too bad! The best thing about it was the location.

Excelente stay. The location cannot be better next to square and best breakfast place in the City. Accommodation was very comfortable and staff was outstanding. Just be mindful no elevator to top floors. Very commended

Great apartment in a fabulous location. Staff very helpful only down side was that our apartment was on the 4th floor and there are lots of stairs (96) so a good level of fitness is needed.We would stay again and request a lower floor

Locations is fantastic, staff were lovely and helpful. Rooms were big but my room on the first floor was a bit dated with dark wooden furniture and the wall alight was situated right above my head on the bed.

Stayed for 4 nights in these lovely apartments. Beautifully furnished and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, arranged trips and airport pickups with no problems.The location is amazing and do close to everything. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely stay here again.Thanks to all at Antique.

Fantastic apartments, great location 1 min walk to main market square. Very clean & spacious we had a 2 bed for 5 friends and it was perfect.
Also Scandale Royal restaurant & Bar who do the breakfast‘s is well worth it buffet style for £30 zloty (£6), they also do amazing cocktails.
