What I did like was clean room, but the noise from the airconditioner was bothering us all night.

It was very clean and nice, however the toilet ran if you didn’t jiggle the handle and the air conditioner would not stay on and it definitely was not hitting the temp it was set to. Lots of options to eat in walking distance and the staff were very friendly! Would stay again

The room was very comfortable cooperation of staff i.e.booking taxi for our trip to the airport was great.

Our stay at this Best Western Plus was very enjoyable. The night manager was so nice to deal with after a long day of driving, and we were pleased to see the suite we booked came as advertised - clean, plenty of room.
I look forward to staying at this hotel again.

We travelled around and went on daily adventures having a breakfast before leaving. There was always a nice clean warm shower to have when we got home. If we needed something there were stores and restaurants all nearby.

This is our 3rd stay at this hotel over the past 10 months, and we have never been disappointed. The staff are super friendly, and the the room was not as spacious with the 2 Queen Beds, but had an arm chair, and freezer in Fridge. The Shower is a great size with a lot of Hold bars, good for us seniors. The shower soap dispensers provided was great. The Hot Breakfast is fantastic, and starts our morning off right. Only problem is the desk lamp receptacle was inoperative, but there was a nearby wall plug, just had to unplug the microwave for our computer power. If we are ever back in Saint John, we will be back at this hotel.

We stayed here for only one night last year, but this year we are here for two nights, We were given a ground floor room which made it much easier for us seniors who travel with a lot of items.. The staff were super friendly, and the room was spacious and had a sofa bed for evening comfort. The room had all the fridge, with Freezer (yippee) and a microwave. Many hotels are cutting these amenities back. Our view of the window was slightly obstructed by construction scaffold, and netting, but we had enough light coming in. The view was of the parking lt, so it did not matter much. The Breakfast was superb and this hotel does a top notch job. We will certainly be back.

We enjoyed our stay in the jetted tub suite.
Construction on site - not the best for relaxing in the morning but that was expected. Room very clean. The jetted tub needs a good thorough cleaning. Inside the filters.

Construction started at 8:00 outside our window, startled me as I was still asleep. Understand work has to be done so those rooms should not be used at this time.

It was a wonderful stay. However, the renovations happening outside meant that there were construction workers making noise just outside our windows in the morning. Other than that it was very satisfactory!

They were under construction at the Hotel, so it was hard for BWH to be up to there high standards. The highlight was their staff and their help in giving us local info.
