I paid when i reserved my room. I use to live in Leland and move to Ashville about 6 months ago. I came home for Thanksgiving. I could not check into the hotel because of my ID. It still had my old Leland address and they said i lived too close. I was told i would get a refund but now the hotel and hotel.com are messing me around. I just want my refund. If you want to help with that, please

First room we got stunk terribly, moldy smell, and then we open the fridge and all this water ran out of it. So I called the front desk and she gave us another room but that room smelled a little, fridge was good and the door you had to shove it to open it because it was sticking or Warped. Needs a lot of cleaning and updating! We went for the swimming pool, but it was closed for maintenance, but it was so dirty. It had been like that for a long period of time!!😢 Staff was Great!!

we had lots of space to sleep and we loved the breakfast bar! we did spot a couple roaches and the A/C made a dripping noise that was hard to ignore at night, but the minor maintenance issues didn’t ruin our stay. staff was super friendly and they helped us have enough towels to take showers after the beach swims. i really appreciate that! thank you!!!

The pool was closed for maintenance but there was a water park close by that was fun for the day....other wise it was a great stay only 12 min from downtown

The hotel was dirty! Lobby area had soiled and torn furniture. Hotel room was dirty and smelled of urine. The A/C didn't work. Asked hotel for another room and was told nothing was available. Asked for housekeeping and maintenance services, was told no one was available. Asked again on the 2nd day and they sent no one!
Save your money go elsewhere!

I had two, with 3 people in each. I asked them how was your experience. They all said great. The front desk person was very nice (treat people the way you want to be treated), the breakfasts was great and the beds slept really good. To be honest, I was a little worried bc of the comments ppl wrote. People that write about, the bed was not good for them, the room smelled, etc…Bring a mattress topper and lysol or room spray when you travel, especially if you know, that’s how you are. They are picky people and it seems they need to critique everything. Hotels say they are a home away from home. Guess what, they are not. Hotels are not your own home or your own mattress.

There was an awful smell throughout the whole building. Out room was so damp smelling it left our clothes smelling from being in the room for only 14 hours. We ended up leaving early and not staying our second night.

The hotel was ok, a little dirty and musty smell in my room. I stayed there for two weeks for a reasonable rate, however when I came back into town a week later they raised the cost to over $40 extra a night. Deal breaker. This place is NOT worth the inflated price, went somewhere else.

Very dirty, ceiling in bathroom was falling apart and had black mold on it. Not worth the money, I’ve stayed at no name motel that were cleaner then this place

Easy checkin/checkout. Friendly staff. Room smell musky and only one coffee cup. But other than that everything was excellent

The lady at front desk shouldnt be working there, she hates her job! The room was ok! Walls are thin and you can hear everything. Ac is prettty loud. Beds and pillows are not comfortable at all. Good location to walkable restaurants and target is across the street. But not sure if will stay again.

I will be very happy to stay here again. Location was great to do everything I desired to do. Nice distance from the beach. Staff was very pleasant on all shifts. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay.
Disappointed no room service on Sundays! I love tipping my room attendants. This time I did all of the work! More money in my pocket! Sadly neither of the two inside pools worked. I don't swim in the ocean! I love pools and I had my swimsuit ready! Please get it fixed. I felt like I got nipped out of my money. I chose to stay here because of the pool! Better luck to the next people. It looks like it will be nice! Overall great stay!

Indoor pool was closed which was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel. Breakfast had a nice selection. Got asked for a deposit up on arrival.

Room was ok, pool was out of order and they have roaches! They add a $50 fee on top of the price and said it would go back on my card in 2-3 business days and it’s been a week now and I called and they said it’s good in their end….wth

Overall the service was excellent. The smell was muggy and had a stinch in the room and hallway. Carpet was stained and needs to be replaced. Major upgrades are needed. Pool was closed. On the the pool door it said maintenance issues. I heard the receptionist tell a caller they were waiting on an inspection.

Your site stated that their was pool access on the inside and the pool was closed their was something splattered on my wall. False advertising is against the law this place will not get a good rating.

The hotel a little dated but it's nice and clean and the beds are very comfortable I felt very safe here customer service was set it was wonderful and I was treated with respect I really appreciate a good night's sleep

This property is in desperate need of an update. The bathroom had mold/leak on the ceiling, peeled away caulking in the shower, and the bathroom door was screwed back together so many times. Our door to the hallway was so small that light could be seen around the entirety of the door and the carpets felt crunchy under foot. Definitely would not stay there again. Surprising from a property “by Radisson”.

The employees were amazing! From the first I call I made to confirm reservations to the front desk check in, they were all so very professional and sweet.
The room was disappointing for sure. It was a "suite". There was hair in the bathroom and the old fashioned furniture was stained and ripped. The pullout bed was not able to be used bc it was such low quality.

We had a visit with our Grandson and a social worker, as we are adopting him. The room was booked because it advertises a pool! There is no working pool and has not been since 2020! FALSE ADVISEMENT! Never again! You shouldn’t even carry this establishment as a choice. I will be posting this on social media!

The only reason I marked the one section down was because the pool was shut down. Unknown reason but in the middle of summer is not great timing. Staff were super friendly. Room was nice.
