Great location close to the cathedral. Restaurants and all the main sights walkable. Free parking close by.

Great hotel, friendly staff. Kids’ beds not comfortable and only the master bedroom had air conditioning so kids didn’t get great sleep.

Hotel Le Bayeux is a lovely establishment providing comfort and respite right in the Town of Bayeux. There are plenty of nearby museums, restaurants and shops. The location of the hotel is really convenient for visiting nearby Normandy sites.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Our room was spacious & quiet. Very walkable to all areas of Bayeux. Breakfast buffet on site (additional charge) but it was reasonable & good. We would stay here again

Everything was excellent. Very good property for the price point. Bayeux is amazing, and this spot puts you right in the middle of it.

Staff were great and rooms were clean and comfortable but aircon was very noisy so had to turn it off and shower was small.

This is a nice hotel in a convenient location, close to several restaurants, and available parking close by. They served a good breakfast with many different food selections available for a decent price. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay there.

It was fine. No complaints. Met my expectations.

Keep in mind that this structure is a couple of hundred years old (or more) and was not originally constructed as a hotel for American tourists. Appreciate it for what it is. Clean, convenient, safe and with an outstanding, friendly staff.

Great location

Great location within walking distance to all attractions in Bayeaux. Staff were friendly and responsive to requests. Room size for our family of six was adequate for the price. There was a wretched odor in the bathroom upon arrival, which subsided after being addressed by staff. A deep cleaning and some decor updates would make for a more comfortable stay.

Dirty. Full of mould in the bathroom. We complained and got a new room. Still smelled of mould. This hotel needs a proper renovation. Tear the walls down.

Good location

From the moment we arrived the staff was friendly and very helpful. Our room was just recently remodeled and was a great size for the 3 of us. We would stay here again!! Great location to the train station!!

Rooms were not comfortable at all. One of the rooms had no drapes over the window. Sunlight was coming in till 10:30 pm and from 5 am making it impossible to sleep.

Nice little hotel downtown with some close free parking and easy walk to restaurants and shops.

Quaint little boutique property in a quaint little town. Just a few blocks from everything so it is quite walkable. Would stay there again if I were in the area.

Great location in such a beautiful town. The staff was tremendous as well. However, we had ongoing issues with the internet. Access was very spotty and even some of the staff said they were having issues. In addition, the heating and air conditioner could not be adjusted inside our room. We had to talk with the front desk to make temperature and fan adjustments from a facility controlled panel in the lobby area which seemed peculiar. Again, some staff members seemed to make it work and others didn’t. A couple other items, when taking a shower, there was no soap in the dispenser and no Kleenex. Both items were resolved during our stay. A simple lack of attention to detail. A nice breakfast buffet was included. Again, the staff was great in trying to assist us with the problems we encountered but overall the issues we had left us frustrated.

I thought the property was lovely. It, along with the surrounding neighborhood felt like it was from another time. It looked and felt very much as it must have looked on DDay.

I booked and paid for the hotel through Hotels.com. Upon check in the front desk also charged my credit card tfor the full amount. Therefore making a double charge. The hotel staff conversed with Hotels.com personnel and there seemed to be no way to cancel one of the charges from either end. The hotel is working on a bank transfer but the funds have not made it to my account. So far I am out of 1700 Euro. This ruined the entire trip and I wish there was a way that a hotel and hotel.com could agree a mistake was made and reimburse the customer. That said I will never use hotel.com again or stay at that hotel.

The front desk staff member was extremely helpful and friendly…truly went above and beyond! The room was spacious (especially for a European hotel room). The decor was eclectic but everything was clean and comfortable. We had a great stay!

Wonderful clean and quaint hotel on quiet street but within walking distance to everything in town. And EXCELLENT buffet breakfast reasonably priced.

Very friendly staff and great room for what we needed. Walls are a little thin though, so bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

This hotel has been recently renovated. The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There is parking available on site if needed. It was close to things and walkable. The breakfast was really nice and good. I would definitely stay here again.

This was such a sweet hotel! It has preserved its historical charm but doesn't feel like an "old hotel." Staff was knowledgeable and accommodating. The rooms were bright and the location was right near central Bayeux for shopping and walking through the quaint streets. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay in Hotel Le Bayeux. It was located in a perfect part of town, the service was wonderful (in English), the breakfast was delicious and we had a lovely stay in Bayeux. Parking was on the street, but not a problem. We were in a room that could accommodate 3, but were only 2.
