We had a weekend trip at this hotel, and the overall experience was very good. The room standard was high, and the breakfast was both varied and delicious. However, we felt that the staff could have provided more information during check-in. For example, we only later discovered that the hotel had its own car service to the airport (at a cost of 20 euros). This was not mentioned upon arrival and only came up when we asked the reception to book a taxi for us. The hotel’s restaurant and cocktail bar on the fifth floor were definite highlights. The food and drinks were excellent, and we rate the drinks 10/10! Unfortunately, we found the waitstaff to show little interest in upselling. It often took a long time to get their attention, and we would likely have ordered more drinks if the service had been more attentive. One waiter also spent quite a bit of time on his phone, which detracted from the experience. We stayed at the hotel in November, so the outdoor pool was closed. However, we can imagine that it’s a great spot to swim and enjoy the bar during the summer months. The hotel’s location is very central, with plenty of restaurants, cocktail bars, and grocery stores nearby.

Welcoming, accommodating front desk. Room was very spacious - had all amenities I needed. Good hot water in the shower. It's on a major street but has good soundproofing so did not hear traffic. A bit of a distance from the center, about a 20 minute walk to Skandenberg Square, but a pleasant walk with lots of shops and restaurants. Hotel has rooftop pool and a sauna, but I did not use either. Breakfast had some good choices.

Had a lovely stay at the Hotel Mondial for a weekend in November. Got the family room with two rooms which had their own main door which was perfect for our requirements. Rooms were very spacious and clean and had a lovely sized balcony. Breakfast included - although sometimes a little cold.

We chose to stay here as a last minute decision and it was easily the best hotel of our entire trip in Albania. We booked the suite which was huge with lots of space to play for the kids, a large bathroom (shame the jacuzzi did not work). Great food at the roof top restaurant, also ordered room service. Free parking and good breakfast. If they had a heated pool that would just make it a perfect hotel.

We spent 4 great days at this hotel, we had the 2 bed apartment, very spacious, breakfast was good and plentiful, a nice 10 minute walk to the main square, would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel. Good location and facilities.

We were a party of 21 and the hotel was excellent. Great staff and good value for money. The only downside was that only one key was issued for twin and triple rooms and this caused some inconvenience, as people returned to the rooms at different times. Despite requests, it was not possible to have more than one key card. We have never had this before.

The room overlooks a massive building project, so there is noise and a very unattractive view
