Breakers North is a lovely apartment in an incredible location, walking straight out to the beach. The room was large and very comfortable, with nice views.

Holiday away with the teenagers. We have stayed before but unfortunately this time was not the best. There are some positives, closes to both surfers and Broadbeach. Right on the beach which we love. And the outdoor area is well looked after. Pool tennis and bbq area. We were on the 1st floor our room needed a makeover, the kitchen/lounge area was nice except the oven was broken which we had to get fixed. The bathrooms and bedrooms need a paint job and showers a good clean. We understand that most are owned by other ppl but for the money it needs a little more. We also found our room very noisy keeping us awake most nights being able to hear people with toilets flushing showers walking around.

Incredible views looking right out over the ocean from our 9th floor apartment. Pool was terrific. Never too full. Hot pool was great too. Loved having tennis courts and the bbq area was wonderful as well.

Amazing view and a very decent apartment for the money. My advice for the best ocean view is ask for the corner apartments

A very good location, a fantastic ocean view from every room that we booked for. A wonderful communication with the staff members and definitely we will be back to the complex sooner, because we love this beautiful location.

Great location! Apartment was awesome! Views were amazing! Pool and spa area is really nice! So close to the beach and was so nice being able to walk to both Surfers and Broadbeach. Managers of the apartments were so nice and helpful! Highly recommend this property!

It was so good loved it and I loved my view right in front of the beach.

The property and location were fantastic. There was a lot of work going on around the building like the pool being replaced and the elevator need repairs which was fine. The lack of communication from the front desk and their attitude was fairly average.

Beautiful apartment with fabulous views. Pool area a bit small. A couple of minor repairs required (spa bath, toilet flush in ensuite). Courteous, helpful staff.

Not a superflash hotel, but had everthing you need. was in a great location, mid way between broadbeach and surfers. away from hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to places and 5 min walk to take would get you everywhere you needed to go. loved having the convenience of walking straight onto the beach everday and tennis court was also a huge plus for us. Staff were super friendly and we will likely book again next year.

The view from our apartment was amazing. The unit was clean & well furnished. Great location. Lovely staff when I accidentally threw the keys down the rubbish chute !!

Property needs updating as it’s old and run down

Bathroom extraction fans could have used a good clean out - as covered in dust. and ideally more dishwash liquid for the size of kitchen. otherwise was a perfect location close to BUS, and short walk to G - light rail.

Amazing views! Excellent location with a surf club nearby and the patrolled beach at the back gate.

We came last minute and had a lovely overnight stay . We have stayed on the Gold Coast many times and rate this quiet highly. Great if you want to just walk out the door to fabulous eateries , beautiful beach and Pacific fair shopping is walking distance . There is a wait for elevators , no designated spot for your car so you have to find one . Good position all things considered

Great position, 15 minute walk into Surfers. Bit of an older property but wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Friendly staff, clean and good facilities.

Stayed here for the Broadbeach Blues festival, which was a 15min walk. The rooms were big, especially the kitchen/dining/lounge room, very nice balcony. Nice cafe 2 blocks down the road. Friendly, helpful service, late checkin and checkout no problem, will stay again

If your after sun and amazing views then this is the place for you! We were late on a Sunday check in - received a text which gave exact instructions to get the keys and where to find the assigned parking also where the room was - this place is really well managed, they even left a bit under the door on the last day, outlining what had to be done before checkout. Local building residents did not look down on you for being a ‘renter’ in their building. Pool is heated, and spa is even hotter, water was just perfect. We booked the superior ocean view- this took us to level 14 (b), 2 bedroom unit + 2 bathroom with everything we needed, kitchen fully equipped and the view! Oh my god the view!! From every room.. There is direct access to the beach from the motel. And the life guard tower is right there.. to put it in context, the lifeguards use the bathroom in breakers reception because it’s the closest building. Every day from 8-5 there are swimming flags set up right behind the motel. I could talk this place up all day. We had an amazing stay and I do like a professionally run operation. This place gets my 10 stars
