I am satisfied. Excellent staff

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Des Roses. It is conveniently located near many shops and restaurants. Unfortunately, the air conditioner did not work consistently, which required us to contact guest services in the middle of the night a couple of nights in a row; by the third night, we opted to keep the window open, which was not ideal due to the outside noise. Parking was also quite limited, but my guess is that this is the case with most hotes in this area. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Only stayed here for one night before catching a flight out of Greece the next day. However I found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful on check in and check out. The hotel is in a nice area, appeared to be more upscale than the other parts of Athens I saw earlier in my trip. I saw restaurants and a few shops during the short time we went out to explore. It was too cold to do much sightseeing and it was the end of our two week trip. The room was cozy, shower was hot and powerful and the bed was comfy. My bf and I both had a good nights sleep as we were weary after spending hours in the airport in Paros waiting on a stand by flight because the ferries were cancelled. There was complimentary breakfast with croissants, eggs, spinach pie, coffee, cereal etc that was greatly appreciated. My only complaint was the door in the bathroom was peeling off at the bottom in my room. Other than that, loved the small hotel and the staff.

The front desk staff was very polite and easy to converse with in english. He made a dinner recommendation for us and it was the best meal we had in Greece. There are no special frills in this hotel but it was everything we needed to start our trip off in the right direction.

Lovely hotel with friendly and efficient staff. A relaxing stay in the heart of Kifissia! Highly recommended.

The area was very nice with tons of shops and little/mid-size restaurants. Just 15-20 min from Acropolis. The hotels staff was very nice. Our room was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. Loved their strong coffee.

The hotel is very well located, in the middle of the city center. Service was really good. All the staff is very nice. The state of the room was correct and clean for the price

Hotel looks small but very fresh and modern. Breakfast fresh and tasty. Room clean with charming balcony. Excellent WiFi - I did a whole day's webinar from the room with no technical problems. Excellent location in Kifissia for a great price, close to supermarket, restaurants and cinemas. A great base for that part of Athens

I went for christmas holiday, to visit friends. The location is excellent if you want to be in the north of athens neighbour hood . It has lots of cafee , shopping restaurant and night life within 2 min walk. The metro is within 5 min if you want to go to down town athens or do sight seeing. Its about 20 min ride

Staff was very friendly, the hotel is located in a nice area and the room was nice (It had a mild unpleasant smell when I entered, but gone when I opened the balcony window).

For business, this hotel is terrific. The neighborhood has many nice bars, restaurants and shops. The train is about a 10 minute walk away which can take you all the way to Piraeus. Good value, and wonderful staff. I hope to return.
