If you are looking for a hotel with a personal touch, typical Mallorcan design, tranquility and a feeling of being at home, then the Hotel Can Cera will be the right one for you. It is located in the old town and all sights are within easy walking distance. As soon as the entrance gate opens, you are immersed in another world. The extraordinary decoration in the hotel lobby will enchant everyone. A fountain with large palm trees in the middle of the indoor courtyard has a refreshing effect and you can escape from everyday life. The room furnishings are chosen in natural colors and materials and are kept simple. There is an evening turndown service and you always get a small gift from the hotel and fresh water before you go to bed. There is no coffee machine, just a kettle.( in the Deluxe Room ) If you want a quiet night you will get it in this hotel. A good mattress quality comes in handy for this. On every floor of the house there are opportunities to relax on a coach and admire the extraordinary decoration. There is a cocktail bar on the 1st floor and a library for reading on the 3rd floor. A small rooftop terrace invites you to relax, a pool is not on site. I can also recommend the breakfast, the quality is very good and the price-performance ratio is right here. It is presented in buffet style, as well as a la carte options. The service from the staff is like the hotel - exceptional and employees try everything to please the customer.

My girlfriend and I could not be more pleased with our stay. After a challenging week of travel, the staff (Bianca, as well as Julia and Clara) were able to track down our lost luggage (British Airways) and turn our trip around. They were very accommodating and made our trip very special. The hotel itself was charming and had a terrific atmosphere. The accommodations were terrific, there was adequate space, and we slept very well. The location puts you within walking distance of much of the city, and it located between two beautiful cathedrals.

Service was amazing, the location was central, and the hotel itself is stunning. We had an amazing time.

Our stay at the Can Cera was great. The hotel has been beautifully renovated, all while maintaining the former palazzo's charm. Every corner of this hotel is full of character. The calm, private courtyard is a huge plus and its location right in the heart of the historic city centre couldn't be better!

We did not stay here as the hotel was closed due to few guests. We were transferred to the Can Alomar hotel which was fabulous.

We had an excellent 3 nights in Palma, and the Hotel Can Cera was a key part in that. From the moment we arrived, the hotel team made sure we were well-looked after, and the service was amazing throughout our stay. We were welcomed with a drink and a sit-down to discuss the area, key sights, restaurants etc. There was always a smile and a "how was your day" when we got back. We'd treated ourselves to the suite, which was huge! The bed was enormous and comfortable and the bathroom had both a bath and wet-room shower. The little balcony in the room was a cute touch for a drink before dinner. The hotel itself is in a great location in the Old Town. Really recommend this place.

The hotel is beautiful with contemporary look. The location is perfect as all most of the museums, tourist attractions, convenience stores, shopping areas are on the walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They all can speak english fluently and will help us in every possible way. The rooms are big with high ceiling. Breakfast was great. Overall my experience was great and would highly recommend this restaurant.
