Fantastic hotel.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. They also gave us a free room upgrade, which was very generous.

I have stayed there multiple times in the past and I was impressed with the service, the room and the overall property’s condition. This time the room had cracks on the walls (you can see where they attempted to patch them and the paint didn’t matched with the rest of the wall) and the shower had mildew stains on the wall. The room’s refrigerator did not work and when I reported it, a person came in to the room and within 15 minutes he replaced it with another one that also didn’t work. Kudos to the concierge and front desk - courteous staff that provided fantastic service (they kept my rating up). The restaurant service during Breakfast was subpar (waiters and waitress were avoiding contact and their attitude was “you already had a cup of coffee so stop asking for more”. At the pool there was no service (in the past there was always pool service) so people that left the pool area left their towels on the chairs resulting of not having any place to seat. My wife went at the garden bar and attempted to seat at an open table. The waiter informed my wife that she couldn’t seat there because the table was for four people or more. My wife found a table in the back of the area where I joined her. A couple sat on the table (where my wife was kicked off) and when I complained to the manager, I was told that they were waiting for four more people. Two hours later the couple left without “additional people”. Again I want to thank the front and concierge desk for their great servi

Everything was exceptional about this hotel. The only drawback that needs to be addressed to is the shower basin linked directly with the toilet basin, with no protective door between them. As a result, having a shower meant turning the washroom into a lake.

Perfect stay! Staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable in this beautiful property in the perfect location!

Loved this hotel & Spetses .Service fantastic, nil too much trouble. Would just of liked a little more at breakfast , ie , freshly cooked eggs/Omelettes to order .

This Grand Dame hotel of Spetses is absolutely magnificent. Beautifully renovated to modern standards while embracing historical details — perfect artful combination. The staff was just great. Sitting out on the terrace overlooking the harbor for breakfast and at sunset for drinks was my personal highlight. Really enjoyed my stay. Truly a first-class experience.

THEY NEVER OFFERED US THE WINE BOTTLE WE HAD TO RECEIVE. ALSO THEY ACCOMODATED US TO ANOTHER BUILDING. NOT THE ONE SHOWN ON THE FOTOS

THEY ACCOMODATED US IN A ROOM IN REAR BUILDING. NO ANY RELATION WITH THE NICE PICTURES OF THE FRONT BUILDING. UNACCEPTABLE

Faultless service, from check in to check out. Called water taxi for us, loaded luggage, could not have been more helpful or attentive. Very clean rooms, with large showers and Jo Malone toiletries. Freshly cooked and buffet breakfast, with great choices. On site restaurant with great views. Very comfortable beds. Perfect location. Very well maintained hotel.

It's a classic hotel and location. But the service was pretty average for the price point and attention to detail lacking. I'd be relucant to endorse. The room was hot as well with the AC stuck at 18c.

The trip was great the hotel is a fantastic building and oozes history. The room though was very very small relative to the other rooms we had stayed in previous nights at other 5 star hotels. The bed was small and not very comfortable and I had a terrible nights sleep due to noise. Anytime anyone walked down the corridor it was very loud in the room. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic and again the hotel is very very beautiful.

The first greeting in the reception was a bit stiff and unpleasant. But after then everything went uphill. Friendly service at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lovely treatment in the Asian Spa. I stayed in a partly sea view room, which was perfect. Would love to return

This is a lovely hotel, but the description of the room did not meet our expectations. We booked and paid substantially more for deluxe side sea view room that had a view only if you walked out onto the balcony and looked sideways over at least two other room’s balconies. Absolutely not worth the money and quite a disappointment. Also, the hotel had a large, loud party at night right ouside of our room. We weren’t informed of this when we booked or checked in. Overall, we found the hotel beautiful but not with the warm service that we received at all of the other hotels that we stayed in during our month in Greece.

Stayed only for 1 night but had a great time. The staff were very attentive at all times (including when I left something behind and they sent it on for us to intercept on our travels!). Had a great (and value) 5-course - actually 10 - meal at their luxury restaurant On The Verandah. Breakfast was also fantastic. Little touches like bringing a complimentary drink when lying beside the pool show the level of service.

Location, staff, comfort,room cleanliness , food excellent kitchen and the terrace of the hotel at sunset .. Overall we would certainly be back to this hotel in Spetses ..

Loved this hotel & its grand but relaxed atmosphere. Staff very attentive but not intrusive. Couldn't have been more helpful when one of us became ill. Even the cats were very friendly.Pool and spa perfect. Most of all we remember the smiles. We'll return -can't wait!

Were there for only 2 days but we loved it! We biked around Spetses, swam in caves and in general were out and about!
