One night stay for sightseeing and the theatre. Found easily,staff very friendly (free fruit, sweets, biscuits and water offered when arrived). Room was small but had everything you could need, including fridge and hairdryer. Bathroom was brand new and very clean. Slept well, pillows could be a bit deeper. Good choice at breakfast. Few signs would be good as unaware there were baked beans until saw someone had them. Also put warm milk in my son's cereal! All in all good hotel, quiet location useful for Borough market and good travel links. Would stay again

Wonderful stay at a wonderful hotel! This hotel was more in-town than ANY similarly priced air bnb we could find. We were pleasantly surprised to get to the hotel at 10pm and be offered cold water bottles, cookies, fruit punch, fresh apples and oranges, and smiles from Mohammed and his colleague :) very kind and hospitable people who made us feel very welcome and taken care of. The bathroom was squeaky clean and while the room was small, it had everything we need including a mini fridge to keep our water cold. Fresh towels daily and fresh fruit restocked in the room! It was only a 8ish minute walk from Waterloo underground station which was quite convenient. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a good price, and very welcoming staff. Also - continental breakfast was INCLUDED which for some isn't much, but in an expensive country like England, it went a long way for us, and it was the only hotel we stayed in that included it in the cost of the booking. 10/10 would stay here again. Thank you!

Delightful place to stay. The staff gave the best welcome ever. The room was prepared with attention to detail. Clean, comfortable and happy hotel, a short walk from Waterloo Station and The Old Vic. Great streetfood market and pubs nearby.

The room was very small and dated but ideal for what I needed as wanted to be close to Waterloo and that’s what this offered.

Quaint hotel, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was tight for 3 of us but it worked. The shower was small but worked! The room was stocked with fruit, snacks and water. Downstairs they had snacks and candies. The beds were okay, thin mattresses but not too bad. Breakfast was standard. The area is close to all the attractions and walkable or a quick bike ride.

My room was small, even by London standards, it smelt so fresh of paint I was feared to touch the walls in case it was still wet! A lot of the hotel was still waiting on the upgrade but the lifts worked ok. The shower had 2 temperatures and not built for the cuddly figure! The bed is v low so look out if you have mobility issues. The continental breakfast was toast, beans , boiled egg, muesli and yogurt and cereals I didn’t recognise plus fresh fruit. Would I stay again? Probably as I only enter London for work, if it’s my money I’d be miffed paying Premierinn or Travelodge prices for what was available

It is located very conveniently, public transport being very close. Room was very small but decent ly clean and breakfast was decent too. Price was reasonable.

Small but very nicely presented room, i booked a single but got an upgrade to a double. The standard of cleaning was fantastic, everything was spotless. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and i will definitely be recommending to anyone looking to stay south of the Thames.

Excellent location to major landmarks

Appropriate room for what I needed. As always, too noisy and inconsiderate room occupiers walking via corridors at early hours, laughing and shouting, waking me up.

Old, but fair if you go by yourself and only sleep after a tired day visiting so many sites. Very nice stuffs.

This is a very clean and friendly hotel. It is not grand or fancy, but absolutely perfect if you want good value and a comfortable place to spend the night. Plenty of good restaurants nearby as well.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 10 days. The staff were very friendly and responsive. The rooms were very cozy, and the bathroom shower booth was small. That was my only complaint, otherwise this place worked out great. Just a few minutes' walk to the underground, bus stops were very convenient. I recommend this place.

Friendly hotel, some lovely touches in the room, like fruit, plenty of tea/coffee and biscuits. All the facilities you’d need, hairdryer, iron, tv, fan.

The staff were amazing!!! That was the best part. They were so sweet and welcoming. The breakfast was great and easy. The room was pretty old and falling apart. Very small and tiny bed. The shared bathroom smelled really bad. I only stayed one night so I didn’t use the shower. It was nice to have the tea, biscuits, and fruit in the room
