We really enjoyed our stay. The room was lovely - beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and really comfortable. Delicious breakfast with lots of choice. The hosts Carol and Ceri were welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Our room was spotless and really comfortable. Our hosts were really friendly, and very accommodating. A very early breakfast call was provided for me without any fuss.

This B & B is stellar. The hosts are lovely, gracious and generous. Accommodations excellent and the breakfast cooked to order, delicious and beautifully presented. I could not offer higher praise for any aspect of our stay and would recommend it without qualification.

Amazing couple running this well cared for Inn. Helpful, informative and fabulous hosts. Breakfast was divine, cooked to order, with plenty of choices. Best night's sleep I've had in a long time. Hope our paths cross again!

I chose to stay here for two nights while I was visiting Glyndebourne. Carol and Ceri were so friendly and welcoming. They took such good care of me and made sure that I wanted for nothing. The room I was given was large and extremely comfortable with a private bathroom that overlooked the beautiful
garden. Breakfast was always delicious and served in the conservatory. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

The hosts and property were delightful. However, I did not have a vehicle and the property is not convenient if you need to be in Lewes or Brighton as there is limited - no - public transportation and it is not within walking distance. Carol went above and beyond in carting me to Lewes each day!

Warm and friendly atmosphere.Both Carol and Ceri made us feel very welcome. Very enjoyable stay the place was full of all the home comforts you could wish for and more. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed a very pleasant two night stay at the Beechwood B & B. The owner greeted us on the doorstep and made us very welcome, as did their very lovely 3 dogs. The house is superbly furnished and our room was exceptional with every comfort you could wish for. The beakfasts offered are amazing everything you could wish for and more. I would have no hesitation in recommending this establishment to all and sundry.

Old, overloaded with old furniture, constraint to have Breakfast precisly at a certain time because the owner musician had to GP to work.. No AC, small beds, bed makes pain in the back, dangerous exit to busy street, noise, three dogs loosing hairs, not good at all for dark outfit (smoking)!! No welcome drink or, general area for the guests etc The garden is privat.

Room was really clean as well, and everyone was really friendly. We didn't have kids, but a couple staying said it was really kid friendly and Carol loves kids, so if you have them go there!
