Nice and clean rooms convenient location. I only give 4 starts because of 1 of the front desk employees he was more interested in texting then helping us.

Everything was perfect.

We were super satisfied by the property and the staff. We were comfortable and close to the ocean drive restaurants and stores. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. The building is like many in the area, dated but the upgrades make it up for that. We were there at the same time a large group of high school students were and they were extremely rude and loud. I had to complain a few times to the front desk, which isnt like me, and the desk did their best to control the noise. I would stay at this property again.

We were there for 8 days (7-6-14). My biggest regret is booking thru Expedia, definitely go straight to the hotels site. Everyone was friendly. However my stay was better because of David. He deserves to be recognized as a top notch customer service provider.if I was to hire someone to represent my company David would be the one. He was friendly and did not make any of us feel uncomfortable for asking for another stack of towels. My only complaint is the hotel seems a bit stingy. You provided with one roll of t.p., one set of towels and well cheap kitchen utensils and we had to ask daily for essentials. No one ever denied but I think our entire stay should have been taken into consideration. We had four women staying for 8 days. I think having an ample supply in the beginning would have made us feel a little more relaxed. We are happy overall with our stay. The temperature and overall comfort of our suite was adequate. Again anyone looking should book directly with the hotel and not thru a third party. That would have saved us quite a bit of money., not Lincoln Arms fault. They say that first hand on their website.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and it’s nice to have the little kitchen space. The hotel is a very convenient location to the convention center and delicious restaurants are very close by.

It was a great place for me

The location of the property is the best thing about it! They don’t store luggage so if you’re with family you may want to avoid it! We had quite a bit of trouble moving luggage in and out ourselves and then after a night checked out to check into the Uma House right across, as that’s a really good hotel with all the facilities and amazing location. Lincoln has big rooms and a great location nothing else. We asked for a late check out to further extend our stay but they don’t have a policy of extending beyond 12 Noon. So beware of all these details when booking. The price, room size and location are the only upside here.

Pleasantly wonderful experience. I’ve been down to South Beach many times and it’s not unheard of to have a hotel appear one way in the pictures and a different way in person. Often times quarters are small and not always clean. Upon walking into the room, it was super clean and a beautiful space. The front desk people were kind and helpful and the location was great. 5 min walk to the beach. Would definitely book this space again.

Hotel is dated, run down and smells. It smells like an animal has been everywhere. Floors are wooden, creaking, carpets dinghy. Staff are not helpful. Everytime I asked for something the answer was “no, sorry, we don’t do that, we don’t have that.” This is a low budget desperate option.

Rooms were very spacious. They had a full kitchen and it was nearby everything. You can tell it was older and had been upgraded. Staff was friendly also.

The beds were comfortable. Most of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean so they get a 5 stars on cleanliness. The kitchen is very helpful. The issue for me was the lack of amenities. The TV had no channels. The remote did not work. There is no help on the parking situation. I would expect some guidance but you need to figure out on your own and we used the city hall garage. There is no gym or exercise facilities. There is no barbecue outside in the patio for guests to use. There are pools offsite. All that said, the prices in Miami are very high and I would come again to save money, have a kitchen, and know that the room is clean. Unfortunately I cannot give more than 3 stars.

This has to be the best deal in Miami Beach. It’s an old apartment building, but the units have been tastefully remodeled.

Lincoln Arms in Miami easily ranks as one of my favorite places when I am in transit between destinations. Very friendly staff, clean, spacious and convenient to the shopping areas, beach, groceries and banking.

I was happy to have my room early than the check-in, it's help me a lot for my luggage. The studio is very big, and nice.The bed was very confortable ! Just the air conditioner was too load for me,but they told me they're changing it one by one... I loved the place and enjoyed my (short) stay. I recommend it!
