Lovely unit, big balcony and a rooftop terrace. Perfect position, right on the beach, though no beach views . Unit has everything you would need. Very quiet. Would definitely return

Great location and facilities for our family of 6. Heaps of room and place was very clean. Property manager was easy to deal with and very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Liked big deep bathtub. Liked big balcony. Liked smart tv. Loved the firm mattress. Liked the leather lounge. Liked the free wifi. Disliked having to clean wine glasses.

Lovely place to stay with family

Having our own private pool on our balcony was great for the kids.

Wife and kids loved our stay, room was clean with plunge pool right on our balcony. You can hear the waves at night with 2 mins wake to the beach. We plan to go back on our next break.

The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Fixtures and appliances were great, shower was really powerful. Free secure parking under the building. Very quiet considering it is peak season, and convenient for Cabarita Beach with its shops and restaurants.

We love the location and have stayed there before too. The beds were really confortable and we loved the big table and nice furniture at the balcony. Towels and bed clothes were enough and we were happy for the dishwasher, washmachine and dryer. We missed proper cleaning tools for the floor as we stayed for two weeks and would have liked to clean once in a while. Unfortunately, this time there was a bad smell in the plumbing both in kitchen and bathroom. One of the main badroom sinks was plugged and water didn't go down well. The fridge leaked much water inside and even out on the floor. We had to be careful that our food wouldn't get wet of the dirty water. Sofas, carpet and Windows were dirty. We payed much more than our friends for the same size room and didn't have free wifi.

Great size apartment in wonderful location. Lovely pool and landscape. Good size bedrooms. Black Oak restaurant in the building, serves breakfast through to dinner too.

Our apartment was spacious,clean and comfortable. Cotton Beach is between Cabarita and Casuarina where there are good shops and cafes etc, although there is not a lot within quick walking distance from the resort so a car is needed. Also key collection is away from the resort but was easy to access and directions were clear. Feedback was given about a few extras that the apartment needs; coathangers, bottle opener (we donated one), face cloths in bathrooms and spare tea towels. Otherwise our stay was very enjoyable and the off-site staff were friendly.

Totally unacceptable to receive email on the day before arrival advising that check-in was at a remote location 15kms from the property. Although property was clearly booked far less than full occupancy request for upper level apartment was completely disregarded, despite managers website clearly specifying that this class of accommodation included a choice between ground floor and top floor.

Stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment that had its own plunge pool. The plunge pool was perfect for our 2 kids to play in. The main pool was only a throw away and the grounds were immaculate. The facilities in the apartment were great. Great cafe on the doorstep of the apartment. Overall a fantastic relaxing family holiday.

Apartment is well appointed. Location is good. Restaurant downstairs is lovely, good service, decent prices and food. You have to check in 10 mins away and then drive to apartment. Very complex access details from car park to unit. No phone reception and NO WIFI available. Unit wasn’t very clean. One Toilet was broken and did not flush. There was no one available to help after hours unless it was an emergency. You have to wash and put away dishes before leaving to avoid fee. Overall not super customer friendly experience but again the unit and amenities are lovely.

Apartment was comfortable, quiet and close to the beach. Calling it a resort was a bit misleading as there was no front desk to check in which you would expect if you called it a resort. However everything was great. Hired a car as you really need one to get around. In between Tweed and Caborita. Not a lot of taxis or Uber's around, nor public transport. Cafe there was amazing!

It was so wonderful to stay 3 bedroom with private pool.

Got a great deal to stay 7 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment .Very happy with the apartment , pools were nice, a short walk to beach in a nice quiet location.

Had a lovely 2 night stay here. Tammy was helpful and considerate. nice balcony, kitchen and bathroom and with air conditioning! You wouldn't need anything else.

The location was fantastic, right on the beach. The room is designed really well - great layout, and the room is very well equipped. The only drawback is there is no onsite staff. Would be nice to have a front desk to go for bike hire, tours and attractions in the area etc. Even some brochures or booklets in the room would have been helpful. The cleanliness was very disappointing. The BBQ hadn't been cleaned probably since the last few guests. It was revolting, and stinky. Too revolting to try and clean for use. The main bathroom had items left on the sink top from previous guests, there looked to be like blood on the tiled wall. And a bandaid was stuck to the tiles near the outdoor private plunge pool. The glass tables in the lounge looked like they had been cleaned with a dirty cloth. I would seriously reconsider replacing the cleaners. But the resort itself was lovely, nice and quiet and a great spot so close to the beach and the boardwalk. Check in and check out was very quick and easy

Quiet and peaceful, Lovely modern facilities. Microwave oven not working and no staff onsite to report to.

Amazing room however found used tissues in the draw, found plastic wrapping in another. Dirty/sand under furniture

The only thing I found the smallest bit disappointing was that there was no tv in the main bedroom and no BBQ facility. Other then that enjoyed the pool and so close to the beach. Had a roof top terrace Which had super views

We had a lovely stay at cotton beach resort, the apartment had everything we needed and the pools and gardens were beautiful. The only negative was there were no eating places or bike hire etc in walking distance from the resort.
