Wonderful stay! 2nd time here and hope to come again! Very clean and spacious. They even upgraded us and the staff was super helpful.

I loved my stay here. The rooms were spacious and incredibly clean. The shower was amazing. The lobby was beautiful and extremely quiet. I would recommend this to anyone coming to Paris and would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel on a quiet side street, yet still centrally located to all that Paris has to offer. The hotel was pristinely clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. We would 100% stay again.

Loved this hotel! Room was a good size, interesting decor, personable and helpful staff. Easy to get to the metro or hail a cab or Uber. Breakfast is also delicious—lots of options, nice fresh food. Highly recommend!

The decor is nice and free coffee and snack is available throughout the day. We stayed in a room for three people. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. However, there is no separate sink at the toilet area so it is really inconvenient. I have to walk around the room to wash my hands after doing my business. This would be my only complaint. They should install a toilet with a small built in sink.

Hotel Fabric was perfect! The room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The people at the desk were helpful. I also loved the neighborhood: great cafes and superb gluten-free bakery just blocks away!

Lovely quaint hotel in the canal area. Stayed here to be near Pere Lachais and Vantre (restaurant recommended the night before our flight). The hotel has coffee/tea/water all day, a nice social sitting area, and friendly staff. Rooms are modernized and boldly decorated. Will return.

I could not have been happier with my second stay at Hotel Fabric. First and foremost, the staff are superstars who never stop asking what they can do to help… and when you do reach out for assistance they never fail to deliver. The hotel is beautifully designed and decorated with an open registration, gathering and refreshments area that is lively and comfortable. The neighborhood is off the beaten path, yet a short walk away from three Metro lines and areas where tourists overlook (to their great disadvantage). We will be back to Hotel Fabric the next time our travels take us to Paris.

This will be our go-to for Paris from now on, sans doute. Our room was very comfortable, including the extra bed brought in for our tween. Wonderful bed, a nice big shower and slippers for all. I appreciated how quiet things were — we were spared any street noise or noise from guests in other rooms. We all slept great! Big windows in the bedroom and bathroom brought in natural light and the charm of the interior courtyard. The lobby and sitting area are lovely — well-designed and still quite cozy. We curled up with books and coffee on the big couch and chairs. The staff was so helpful, arranging an arrival birthday treat for our daughter and checking in on us during our stay. We enjoyed the breakfast one morning — so much to choose from and all high quality. Each night, our daughter had a hot cocoa and madeleine, a wonderful way to wrap up a long day of sightseeing. The location was fantastic, super easy walk to several Metro stops and with plenty of dining options right out the door! The street is quiet without feeling deserted. This hotel is a total gem!

Amazing hotel, clean and perfect location, higjly recommend. The best part about this hotel was the staff they were all exceptional, nothing was ever too much trouble. Free coffee and hot chocolate is fantastic, honesty bar is great too. Love reception, sitting area and the room was extrmely clean, also kept clean all week. They went over and above to make our stay that little be extra special, thank you to all at Hotel Fabric.

I have stayed before at Fabric and will continue to do so. The staff is very helpful and professional and has a great location as well. Convenient to metro station and an accessible location. I left something in my room and they offered to send it to me within hours. Beds are extremely comfortable as well

Hotel Fabric was fabulous!!! The staff were outstanding…and I mean everyone!!! The hotel was super close to the metro, had a nice breakfast every morning, the rooms are European in size, but the amenities, the decor and the bathrooms were fab. We will stay here again next time in Paris.

This is a tough one. There are many things to like about this hotel and a few things meh. The location is not the most attractive, but at the same time, it had a bit of a neighborhood feel. I love to walk and don’t mind a metro ride so for me it was fine. However, I can see how others might not find it very convenient. The room was very nice, clean and quiet. One negative was the staff. Some were very nice and helpful, others…not so much. One thing I would warn you about is their so-called “driver” to the airport. I ended up paying a lot more money for the drive back to the airport than the initial drive from the airport. Seems I got charged by the hotel and then again by the”driver” for this service. In talking to him, it seemed he was just a taxi driver and not a designated “driver”. Then, when he dropped me off, it was as far as possible from my airline check-in. Then to add insult to injury, the tip percentage options were unbelievably high and I consider myself a good tipper. Such a shame that my last interaction with the hotel was so negative, because otherwise, I would have considered staying there again on my next trip. IOW, arrange your own ride.
