Fantastic location, super clean and modern, tons of space for our family of 4, super helpful staff. Only drawback is that we were on the 5th floor of a walk up but we would stay here again despite that.

I will book again. Fantastic location, great restaurants just out the door. Unit was very spacious by London standards especially for the price. Nice to have the kitchen with water and milk for coffee! Team of staff were professional and kind. Great value!!!

A pied a terre in Mayfair was impossible few years ago. Worth every penny!

I was never updated on how to get into the building even though I spoke to an associate the night before. Housekeeping never came. The pictures included a patio - in reality it was a dingy patio. It cost 1200 for two days and frankly was in no way worth that. No sparkling wine which was promised. Honestly a complete scam

Nice apartment - definitely not the ones in the picture. Great handy location for shopping, dining & work. Nice kitchen amenities & patio. Biggest let down was being on the 4th or 5th floor with no lift > with no warning this isn’t convenient. May stay again but not this high up.

Lovely flat in a great location close to lots of shopping and restaurants. There is no lift so must be okay with stairs. Front desk staff were friendly and helped carry up bags.

It was a pleasure staying in the property, relaxing and quiet. The location is amazing. The apartment includes everything, kitchen fully equipment, super clean and lovely staff. Will definitely back again

Great hotel/apartment in Mayfair. Walkable to many of the historical sites that London has to offer. Numerous restaurants in the area. Hotel staff was communicative and helpful. The only negative thing I can say is, the place needs a lift. We were on the the 4th floor and it was 71 steps to get there.

The staff were excellent, couldn’t have been more helpful. The rooms were on the hot side and AC wouldn’t work for us. Apart from that we’d happily return.

The room was nice and the staff were very helpful. However, the air conditioner in the bedroom leaked water continuously so we could not use it.

We booked but left on arrival as the apartment was really not what we had hoped. Smelt damp and musky the rug on the floor was dirty and old. I am still waiting for the hotel and yourself to send my refund

Maddox Street was an ideal base for exploring central London - 2 minutes walk to Oxford street and Carnaby street.
The apartment was great since we were in town for a few days it made a huge difference having more space than a hotel room.

Floors very dirty. Have to climb 6 flights of stairs. Note in room to call concierge for anything, but no phone number for them anywhere. 1 A/C unit worked, 1 didn’t. Staff was nice, but this was not a VIP property by any means!!!!

Clean, spacious apartment. Could walk everywhere from it's location. Lovely that it has an outside terrace too.
One tiny criticism, could do with a lick of paint. White walls are looking a bit tired but that would not put me off booking again or recommending to others.
