Absolutely love this hotel. Room got nice and cool at night. Beautiful hotel. Extremely friendly staff. 24 hours someone was at the desk if you ever needed anything they absolutely had someone there to help you. As well if you needed anything booked or anything? The front desk would make sure they did it for you. We needed a rental car. They helped us get it. We needed taxis for the next day. They got them the night before and insured. We had them there the next morning.

Complimentary welcome drinks, the staff helped us find parking, and were available and ready to help with whatever we needed. They gave us incredible dinner recommendations.

Lovely tucked away boutique hotel. Only thing we would say is our room was close to the lift so there was fair amount of footfall outside our door and a creaky floor made it a bit frustrating at 7am when staff getting around. The plunge pool is a lovley addition. A seperate snug bar would be nice albeit there were quiet places to sit. All in all a lovely quiet retreat nestled central to the old town

Stayed for a long weekend. The initial greeting, despite being gone midnight, was friendly whilst efficient. The rooms wowed us even more than expected from the hotel photos. Nice and spacious, immaculately clean and kept with effective air con. The bed was huge and so comfortable. Throughout staff greeted us each morning with a smile. They picked up from registration that it was my partners birthday on the second day without me mentioning it. When we got back to the room later that afternoon there were happy birthday balloons waiting for us. A lovely touch. The roof top pool was warm from the sun and pleasant with a phone to contact the bar for drinks to be brought up for you. The drinks were well priced for a top end hotel. We used the spa once. This is booking only with 1 hour slots and exclusive use for your room, hence the need to book. There is a sauna and a small pool with relaxing music and a great ambiance. Location wise was in the old time with lots of nice coffee shops, restaurants and shops within 10 minutes walk. The sea front is also only a 10-12 minute walk. Would definitely recommend and would love to return again.

We stay here every year. The hotel has had a refurbishment and all areas are lovely. We booked a superior room which was upgraded when we arrived. The bedroom was large with a separate dressing room and large bathroom with bath and shower. Stall are very friendly and professional and breakfast choice is great and delicious. We would give this hotel 6 stars.

If you want to stay someplace luxurious and feel pampered, this is the place to be. The front desk was extremely helpful when making dinner reservations.

This was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at in all of our travels. The hotel itself was beautiful and very well thought out. Aside from this, and the cleanliness, the staff was superior. They were so kind, helpful and thoughtful. There were multiple occasions in which we asked for restaurant recommendations and they always had great ones. The breakfast was also amazing and highly highly recommended. We also used the parking garage, which takes some getting used to but the staff helped us on our way there both to find it, and then physically met us to help navigate. Truly an amazing stay and experience.

Amazing service

This property is an absolute gem. You walk in from the typical narrow stone street on old town Palma into a soothing calm of peace, tranquility and luxury. The staff are attentive, understanding, accommodating and welcoming. The room was luxurious albeit not too huge given the constraints of a building of this age. The dining and lounge areas are respites from the heat and general hubbub that come with a tourist town. A hidden treasure is the downstairs spa: You get your own sauna and plunge pool ! And then there’s the rooftop pool and sunning area! All in all, given the luxury, location and service, one of the best hotels out there . 😁😁😁

We just got back from our trip to Mallorca and stayed at Posada Terra Santa for one week. This was the best hotel experience my wife and I have had. The hotel is beautiful, charming and elegant. The staff is incredibly friendly and will do anything to ensure you have a great stay. The rooms are very cozy and kept clean. We highly recommend trying the breakfast at the hotel restaurant. From start to finish, our stay was amazing. We will definitely be back!

Great hotel, great staff and perfect location.

Overall we loved this hotel and location. Finding the hotel and parking was a bit challenging. Maybe on our first night, the front desk should let customers know which way to the resturants.
