Free parking which is a real bonus in this area, room fine decor slightly strange otherwise fine, staff friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced restaurant on site

Spent 2 nights here whilst visiting daughter in Hove. Pleasant hotel, conveniently situated and overlooking sea front. We had room to the rear overlooking carpark but it was pleasant, quiet and comfortable. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Tried the new Chilli and Mango restaurant (concession?). Service was slow and unresponsive but food when it finally arrived was tasty. It's just opened apparently so hopefully they will become better organised.

This is a nice, comfortable hotel, although we felt our room was a little dated and could do with being renovated. It didn’t affect our stay though. There is parking at the back of the hotel, but it is very tight and not many spaces, but there is a car park across the road. We had a lovely stay and would book again, but a sea view room

Very clean and tidy room. Spacious room and bathroom.
The only downside was that the shower wasnt very powerful and the top pillow was a little lumpy. Overall though, very nice and comfortable

Overall stay was amazing except I didn't enjoy the breakfast that much. They don't have proper restaurant for dinner. I will recommend this hotel as they have a very friendly staffs and have a good seaview rooms. Food can be purchased on Uber eats and they still provide cutlery if needed throughout your stay.

Another pleasant and comfortable stay. This is our 5th visit and standards remain high. Friendly and helpful staff. Free parking at back of hotel albeit on a first come first served basis. Very nice breakfast with a good choice on the menu. Within easy walk of a variety of restaurants on Hove high street. Pleasant 45 minute stroll along the front into Brighton. Bus stop right outside hotel.

Good one night stay. Room was clean and spacious for a family of 4. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Unlike some hotels they are happy for you to order a food delivery and provide plates and cutlery on request. Breakfast was really good. 2 mins walk from the beach! Would stay here again.

The Hotel was not bad nor was it very good, but compared to the price we payed, it was very good. Since I am have health issues, the the broken elevator did not help. but the friendly Staff has put me on a lower floor level to ease the problem.

Staff checked by phone that I had received the message about the lift being out or order, and asked if it would affect our stay. Helpfully they reserved the disabled parking space for us.

Overall our experience was good apart from the lift which had a problem throughout our 4 night stay. It was very slow and had a mind of its own, deciding which floors it would go to and when. We were on the fifth floor so a problem for us.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, great price. Location was great. It’s a 45 minute walk to Brighton pier along the sea front - which I was happy to do. Lift was terribly slow, but we were on level 1, so just used the stairs.

Wonderful receptionist, very nice and clear on where to go and what came included with our stay! The room was clean and had a gorgeous view of the sea, and was high enough that we didn’t feel people could look in. The bathroom was clean and came with some basic toiletries! There was a kettle with tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. Located just outside Brighton, the 700 bus got us easily into town and the stop was right outside the hotel. Would stay again!
