Wonderful, modern hotel that was clearly designed to be a long-term residence. Perfect for the digital nomad. Outdoor spaces are beautiful, modern and comfortable. Look at the art that surrounds the common spaces because it is very high-quality and well chosen. Congrats to the art Director who designed this airport friendly hotel.

We Booked for 2 nights. We loved the place so much. We feel safe easy parking close to everything. We entded up booking 3 more nights.

Staff was extremely welcoming. We checked in late but staff was still very friendly and took the time to suggest places to visit. They upgraded us to a higher floor to enjoy the view. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Excellent property. I always stay here when travelling with my family. Make sure to ask in advance for the 3 bed suite, as for the first time I got the 2 bed suite.Food from the hotel restaurant is great, and fair priced, even for room service.

Wonderful

Overall the property is good. I was disappointed to have an issue with parking although it was included. They wanted to charge me for a lost ticket; however I felt it was silly considering parking was included. The attitude of the attendant regarding it was not kind. We also had housekeeping continuously intrude although we stated we were okay and didn’t require anything. When I say intrude I mean literally walk into our front door and into our bedroom. We never could receive the amount of towels needed. The pool should stay open longer. It closes at 6. Restaurant food is okay. I didn’t enjoy my meal so I ate my partners. Yet, it was an okay and convenient stay.

I enjoyed the stay I gave an overall of 4 stars because the pool is closed at 6:00 pm they, they should close the pool at a later time.

Beautiful hotel, but food little expensive

Enjoyed our stay. We had a 2 bedroom unit and was extremely spacious - with a kitchenette and full-sized washer and dryer! Staff was kind and we felt very safe while onsite. Food was delicious with menus in English. Ubers were easy to order. Would stay at this location again!

We couldn't have picked a better place to stay and visit Guatemala City for 10 days. The place is clean, practical, perfectly located, with excellent amenities and service, and all at a reasonable price. We fell in love with Guatemala City and with Adriatika Hotel & Residence.
