This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I visit Venice .

Has a dock. Convenient to come into from the Airport or Train Station. Hands down a great choice ! Take the speed boat taxi in or you will be lugging your suitcases thru the streets.

This hotel was incredible! The staff were helpful.. gave us great recommendations on restaurants every night we were there. The room had the perfect view that overlooked the canals. The details of room from the vaulted painted ceilings, the wall to ceiling glass windows to the exquisite chandeliers made you feel like royalty- highly recommend the hotel for the true Venice experience.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We had two rooms and both were very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful with booking water taxi’s and general questions. Bar was great. Breakfast was great and had lots of options. Good location for being close to the sights and shopping. We had the front two rooms next to the entrance for the water taxi and it could get loud with the boats but ear plugs worked great.

The hotel did not allow us to change our booking so we will be booking elsewhere on our stay. Not flexible at all. Staff were incredibly rude and inconsiderate. We were extremely disappointed. We booked another hotel in Venice.

Nice charming hotel with close proximity to everything Venice offers

Nice quiet property. Big room with terrace on 4th floor, only rooftop views. Big comfortable, king bed, big shower, sauna tub we did not use. No restaurant, just a breakfast and bar. Water taxi comes to the door. Good AC. Everything was working. Helpful front desk. Stayed 3 nights in June

Beautiful Venician decor. Service was very good, polite, and accommodating. The breakfast is very good and I always looked forward to it. Very beautiful terrace to sit out on (fully shaded by umbrellas) to enjoy the breakfast. Location was perfect for us. Can reach St. Mark's square in 8 minutes and Rialto bridge in 6 minutes, but hotel area is about a block outside the busy area which was very nice.

I love the big bath room. Overall the place is very clean, except the carpet ,which is worn and there are staiins all over.

This is a wonderful small hotel away from the crowds but within convenient walking distance of the main attractions in Venice. The staff was friendly, and the room was very comfortable. We would certainly stay here again.

Was not impressed at all. They put us in this weird room on the first floor that was right up against the breakfast room that became a bar at night. It was noisy and we had trouble sleeping. No VIP treatment whatsoever. I wouldn’t stay there again if/when I return to Venice.

At this exceptional property, situated in the heart of a beautiful city, we found the perfect base for our first vacation in Venice. Short walks lead us to iconic landmarks, restaurants, and shops. The entire staff hosted us not as tourists, but as genuinely welcomed guests as if we were in their own home. Breakfast was phenomenal. Evening beverages were delicious. Access to water transportation (property has its own canal access point) was both luxurious and helpful with both our gondola outing and our water taxi. An infinite number of stars for this hotel wouldn’t suffice. Well done, Hotel Cavalieri.
