Nice room Good size Great service and staff But sofa bed was far from comfortable !

90% great 10% room for improvemen- pull out saga bed extremely uncomfortable so we didn’t use it. Pillows uncomfortable Receptionist at checkout was rude

hotel is great clean and perfect n many ways, Small tick tack is the coffeee is un drinkable, out of pre made machine just undrinkable, just please brew fresh coffee, short of tha great

Great value. The room is incredibly large, even for a suite. The location is excellent. It is one block from Broadway which means it's a little quieter, but it also means you can get to Broadway in a 2-minute walk. Very good amenities.

We felt the following was lacking for the price: TV had no apps, no bottles of water provided, no drain plug for sink, and no availability of free coffee during the day. While these are minor, hotels where we pay far less provide these basic amenities.

Great room service, large suite, perfect place to recover

We were warmly welcomed by the staff with a detailed explanation of the facilities ( including a laundry). The suite was lovely- clean, up to date, and filled with quality, comfortable furniture. The location is perfect- close to beautiful gardens and local, trending areas. Sincerest thanks the wonderful accommodation.

Unfortunately our experience was less than average. We have stayed at this property several times over the past several years but will not be back. During check in we were not advised that our room type could not be accommodated. We were quite surprised to find two queen beds and an accessible room, which we did not need. I called the front desk to see if this was an error, but after being on hold for several minutes, I was told someone else took our room as they extended their stay. I was told we did receive an upgrade. I am not sure this was an upgrade, not having a walk in shower and a king bed. The bathroom sink did not shut of properly, the counters were not clean, pealing wall paper, marked walls. Sorry Hilton, this was not an upgrade. Please train your staff to value every customer and alert them of changes in their accommodations. There are several other hotel properties which i can chose to stay in the future.

We’ve stayed at other Embassy Suites properties in the past and all have been excellent for our family. The Saratoga property was no exception. My only complaints were the floor tiles by the bathtub were loose and need to be fixed (rm 532) & the room next door was really loud until about 2:00 am. I know that’s not the hotels fault it was just a rowdy guest. That said, we would definitely stay here again.

A great hotel in a perfect location!

Easy to check in rooms are spacious and clean. Nice bar, great breakfast friendly staff.

Gorgeous hotel! Well worth the money. I knocked one star off comfort because our suite had no closet which made it hard to steam and hang formal clothes. But I would still absolutely stay here again if we return to Saratoga Springs.

I had a nice stay

Service was great! Room’s bathroom had a few tiles that were coming off the floor. But it didn’t impact my stay.

The complimentary breakfast was outstanding! We took advantage of it every morning. The restaurant food was excellent for dinner. The property exceeded our expectations in every way and was extremely convenient to every thing we wanted to do in Saratoga!

My friend and I stayed here for an overnight trip. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff was friendly, the location was fantastic, clean, and comfortable. The morning’s breakfast was yummy and fresh. The only thing that maybe a downside for some, would be that our room showed signs of its age. Which included slightly saggy wallpaper above the tv and a stress crack across the ceiling. However, the room was extremely clean, comfortable, and quiet. I will absolutely be staying here again.

Hotel is located 2 blocks behind the main entertainment/shopping strip which can be a bit quiet and isolated if walking alone or at night. Free breakfast options were extensive with very friendly cooking/cleaning staff - they work very hard and do it with a smile! Gym is not very well stocked for the size of the hotel. It needs more cardio equipment and another full set of free weights to meet demand. I had to request Lysol wipes 2x during my 3 day stay. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Free parking is great! Nightly snacks and drinks is a nice treat but snacks are repetitive. Front desk/check in staff were not welcoming.
