The unit was recently refurbed and you can tell. Everything you could need. Fairly clean other than little bits like the hand hold shower head. Rest of shower was acceptable condition so fairly minor issue. Huge frodgw and good bed and tv plus washer and dryer. We had unit A or 1 which was very quiet and had a great stay. We would come again.

We can only comment on the room we were allocated. This needs a makeover through out. Particularly so, the bathroom. It needs a new shower enclosure and an overall upgrade and deep clean. Whereas the bedroom etc is 2.5 standard, the bathroom is 1.5. Disappointing.
The feel is that of a 1980s not so good motel. Externally, the property looks fine and the Middleton location is good.

Spacious unit, quiet, well stocked kitchen tools. Friendly, helpful staff. Laundry onsite. Good towels. Only issue is narrow parking spaces and all local restaurants closed on Tuesdays!

Great location near Middleton Beach for walking and dining options. Comfortable one bedroom apartment with two balconies - lots of options to sit in the sun and read a book. Quiet neighbourhood with parking just outside the apartment.

Really enjoyed our stay. Our only suggestion would be offering decent coffee, perhaps a proper machine at the office?

Tucked into a nice quiet street off Middleton Beach within walking distance. My children were thrilled with the two-storey unit which had a nice balcony overlooking our own private car park. The nearby Three Anchors cafe was a good option for breakfast with downtown Albany a short drive away for dinners. Access to places of interest including Emu Point, Two Peoples Bay, The Gap & Natural Bridge were short drives away. Would have been perfect if the unit had its own washing machine / dryer — I found someone’s left-behind underwear in the washing maching in the common laundry area 😄 We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

Met every requirement of ours, was clean, tidy, excellent internet services, full size fridge and very comfortable.
If there one tiny negative comment, it was the main lounge Tv was a bit small, but the rest of the stay was great.

It was basically a self contained condo. Never heard the neighbours. Queen size bed. Very clean. Good cooking area with all necessary tools. No oven.

Great spot to getaway for the summer holidays. Spa bath was great and with the small kitchenette made preparing our own meals a breeze.

A very nice apartment/villa modern and very well equipped. I recommend Pelicans to anybody staying in Albany. Receptionist /owner was a lovely person.

I loved the location which was very close to Middleton Beach and a wonderful scenic drive. It was a short drive to the town centre and attractions around Mt Clarence. The accommodation was very clean and well-appointed. I had everything I needed for a most pleasant stay. The staff were friendly too.
