Great hotel which was close to the WVU Stadium. We were in town for a football game. There was a nice restaurant/bar attached to the hotel which was very convenient. The crew there was wonderful!! We had a great visit in Morgantown.

We went up for a UWV game. The hotel is located just down the street. A very easy walk to the stadium. The room and bathroom had plenty of room and we very clear. No problems. Attached to the hotel is the Smokin Rib and Brewhouse. They had great food and it was a great place to hang out and meet other fans from both teams. Their staff was outstanding. Many TV's to watch other games before and after our game. It was snowy and cold when we were there so it was nice to have a place to hang out since we didn't venture out like we had planned.

We were visiting friends in Morgantown and enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn. The king bed room was super spacious and clean. The bed was comfy, and we appreciated that it was dog friendly!

I wanted to use the pool, but it was closed.When I checked to see if it had a pool the information was yes they did. It was an inside pool. My son was very disappointed.

Great staff. Helped us with extra accommodations due to family member in hospital. Restaurant was excellent! Rooms were clean and comfortable.

We were very happy with staff, cleanliness and comfort of the room overall. Refrigerator made a long groaning noise the entire time it was running.
Rooms should be exclusive to pets and no pets. A person across the hall was in and out of their room at least 3 times during the night. At one point the dog must have been left alone and it barked the entire time.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. I totally hate the $25 charge for no good reason…. Additional needs or charges should be taken care of at check out. Not even sure what a guest would have an extra charge for. No room service, no video rentals, no laundry service. Also, the rooms have No black out curtains ( so I was up at daylight) and No charging outlets for phones.

I have stayed here several times when my husband has been at Ruby. So convenient and a nice place to stay. However I don’t agree with the price increase when there are things going on at the college

Property was clean, which is #1! It has a nice restaurant in the building so we didn’t have to go find a place to eat. Only thing lacking was the tiny “shop” they have with incidentals was not being attended to. We wanted water before we left and there was only 1 cold bottle and 4 room temperature bottles on the floor. I let the person know as I was paying.

Clean room with the exception of the shower: it was as clean as it could be however there was areas where the grout and sealants were old and needed replacing and updating. Front desk gentleman was super helpful and friendly with great recommendations. Food in the restaurant was very good at breakfast.

Family vacation to visit relatives. Room was well appointed with a rather comfortable bed and pillows. The shower was oversized and was fantastic! Only issue we had was that we thought we booked a Holiday Inn Express which would’ve been nice for the convenience of breakfast. Although, they did have a restaurant that we could pay off a menu.
