Centrally located. Very clean and organized. The Meraki Hotel has the friendliest Staff I have ever worked with. Very professional and attentive. It was truly a pleasure staying at this hotel. Will stay here again when visiting Guatemala City.

Staff was excellent, place was clean & well-located. However, at night, it sounded like there was a disco on the roof - so not the best place for a light sleeper.

Great location. Clean and modern. Great staff. Great breakfast and area. All good. Two issues hard to tackle. Bar right next door noisy til about 2 am on weekend. Light sleeper will struggle. 2. There is a large step down from bathroom to room that is unexpected especially for North Americans. Needs a small foam filler if only to warn. Otherwise great.

This hotel is on Zone 10 of Guatemala City, one of the safer zones. The traffic in the city is very bad, but our room was at the back luckily. We had arranged a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, but there was a miscommunication and no shuttle came. Luckily, I was able to phone the hotel and the front desk did then send a shuttle to the airport.
It is fairly close to the airport, so is good for an early morning flight. The area around has a number of choices fro dining, and we felt quite safe walking around. The room was quite comfortable and the water hot. Staff are friendly, but don't speak much English (our fault, as we don't speak much Spanish!).

The shower drains very slowly (rm 9),and the front desk guy said its because the pipes are thin. Also, there's a stupid little nightclub 2-3 hours down that has its bass turned up all night long. Very hard to get sleep.

Aestheticially, it's a very visually appealing hotel. Feels like a fancy dormitory. The outside little courtyard where breakfast is served is very quaint. It's in a great location, maybe a 10-15 walk to Oakland Mall. It's also right next to a swanky retail area with plenty of restaurant, bars, and shopping.
I was disappointed with the room however. The room was quite small for a twin and full size bed to fit in. The water didn't get beyond lukewarm out of the sink or shower. Also, the shower drained terribly and in a couple of minutes I was standing in a couple of inches of dirty water that took 30 minutes or so to fully drain after I was done. I wouldn't stay here again unless the plumbing issue was fixed.

The hotel was nice, but if you want sound sleep, you won’t find it here as it’s right across from a club with loud music until very late at night. We used ear plugs and that helped. The sheets I feel were not changed as I found two hairs on the sheets. Sheets didn’t feel freshly clean. Gross! We were exhausted from a long day of travel and decided not to complain and go to sleep. We used the bath towels to sleep on. We will not stay here again.

Great location with plenty of nearby restaurants, the free breakfast is also good. Our only issue was that on the weekends the bar down the street plays very loud music, which can be heard in the room.

Comfortable, safe, clean and very cute style. Helped get me to and from airport safely and a driver for seeing around town (costs about $10). Nice garden area for breakfast (free) too. Would stay again.
