Very nice hotel. Convenient parking. Large lobby with several semi-private seating areas for meetings or just relaxing. However, the lobby has a bit of a sewer smell. The staff member who checked us in was a little odd, remarking in our conversation that most of the employees of the hotel couldn't afford to stay there. That made me feel very uncomfortable. That staff member was not there the next day, and The hotel clerk on duty was very accommodating and kind. The rooms were very nice, spacious, clean. We had a problem with the sliding bathroom door. Not locking very easily, but it wasn't a huge issue for us. Breakfast was generous and delicious. Overall, I would choose to stay here again.

Perfect place to stay in Chapel Hill. Room was very nice and quiet. Walking distance to Southern Village so I didn't have to get back in the car for dinner. Will stay there again!

This property puts my faith back into hotel travel. Exceptional service, cleanliness, and comfort. Quiet too. Was a delight to have breakfast ready before I had to leave for work. Absolutely will stay again!

This was a really nice hotel for my family of 6 to stay on a short trip to see the UNC Tar Heels Basketball museum and campus. It was very close to the campus and was easy to get to. It also had a nice breakfast selection.

This hotel was perfectly located and was well staffed and clean as a whistle! Nice friendly staff and the complimentary breakfast was impressive and fresh. Felt like I was home and my hubby was cooking for me! I stay at alot of hotels that offer complimentary breakfast and it doesn't look like this one! Will be back!

The staff was very friendly, the room was large and clean. The breakfast was good...scrambled eggs, sausages, yogurt, cereal etc. The only negative was that the bed was too soft for me.

It is nice and clean. But there was a fire alarm. We should walk out at night. A fire truck and police car came to check. We stayed out of the building about 20-30 min. But nobody explained what happened and no apologize. I was very disappointed their attitude.

Loved the stay, we’d love it more if our room had have been smart tv ready vs traditional satellite. Spectacular other than that.

This was a normal hotel- not walking distance to chapel hill campus but convenient enough. I booked it because I thought we could walk over to the shopping complex right behind it for dinner, but there is no through walkway so we had to drive around. It was a sleepy area in the summer.

The staff at front desk was not very friendly or helpful. Gave very limited information . Many lights in hallway were out and blinking all the time. Nothing in walking distance from hotel.

Good park nearby about a mile for kids to play. Good Location for baseball event but you must drive everywhere except up a hill to restraurants that most close by 9. Didn't like the sweage smell near the elevators, The elevators were either slow or 1 was off each day, The pool was not open because was waiting for inspection, For some reason, they put a sign near the elevator saying sorry, no breakfast today which was included with room. (Just 1 day) Many of the staff were nice. Room was a bit hot and found a toy and popcorn under bed. Fridge needed a new seal.

They charge a $75 pet fee. It wasn’t on the web site or Expedia! Luckily won’t have to stay there ever again. What a scam!!!

This is a brand new hotel and it showed. Spacious room, good lighting, very clean. Breakfast was a nice benefit. Driving to campus necessary given the highway between the hotel and UNC, but it was a quick drive.
