Close to beach

This is a hidden gem - both Rockingham and the apartment. Easy walk to fantastic cafes/restaurants. Foreshore clean great swimming with no waves or stingers, almost wanted to rate low to keep it a secret retreat, getaway spot. Will be back

Very well situated and maintained apartment

We had a comfortable and relaxing stay on a surprise visit for Mum's 94th. It's a great location for a walk to the beach and breakfast at a cafe. Easy and friendly check-in. Comfortable bed too!

It was clean but we booked especially somewhere with Foxtel as hubby was going to be stuck in the room a lot, the apartments however no longer had Foxtel even though it's still advertised. They did move us to a room with a smart tv, but that was not connected either.

Everything you need was there and good parking area

I did not stay at the said apartment. I have to call the owner myself to find out that it had been overbooked and she was bumping me off to another condo down the road in the same area. Imagine the frustration had I not called ahead of time. The owner had my number but did not inform me ahead of time. The Nautilus apartment I stayed in had its own wifi and full facilities for a small family, it's relatively clean and functional with a balcony of the Indian ocean view and gated parking. I am certain that the Rockingham apartment is newer and more well furbished than the one I stayed in, because the pictures in Hotel.com was what attracted me to this booking. Hence the neutral ratings.

Collecting key was kinda unexpected, hidden in electrical box with instructions thru what apps call with the person. Location was average, room was clean and neat. Not as what we expected which featured in the picture of a corner unit apartment, we got a ground floor facing the street.

We loved the comfort of the bed and that the apartment had everything we needed. The lady we spoke with on the phone was lovely, very easy to understand and communicate with. To add, loved the coffee machine.. great touch. We would choose to stay at this apartment again. Though we did find the apartment could have used a bit more of a clean in some areas and also found some long black hair strands through out the bathroom floor. A extra blanket included in the room would have been beneficial. Thank you for our stay and will be sure to recommend to others!

Great check-in experience, although the process seemed rushed. Apartment was overall clean (except the kitchen) and location was great since the surrounding areas were quiet. Kitchen could use some cleaning up as we found cockroaches in the garbage area near the sink. It would also be useful to have some laundry detergent on site instead of having to head to the grocery store to buy a big tub.

good location, was not happy with other guests smoking on the connecting balconys and only one guest towel was supplied.

Enjoyed our stay. Met on arrival promptly and given tour of apartment to ensure we were aware of facilities. Very professional. Apartment was nice and quiet and beds very comfortable. a short walk to cafes and the beach.

The apatment was amazing! We stayed on the top floor and had a wonderful view of the ocean. The balcony was huge so plenty of room to enjoy the sun and the view. Check in was easy, you just ring and they meet you there and run through everything you need to know. Very friendly too.It was in a lovely quiet area near Palm beach but not too far from the city centre either and only a 2 minute walk to the beach. The beds were so comfortable, everyone had a great sleep :) The amenities were fantastic, they even have a washing machine and dryer and there was laundry liquid there as well. The apartment was super clean! The one thing I would suggest would be more seating in the lounge area. As it is a 2 bedroom apartment and the couch was only suitable for 3 at a squeeze. There is however a dining table too and to be honest there is a lot more to do than watch TV. All in all we had a fantastic stay and will definitely go back. I would rate these apartment 9.5 out of 10.

Nice warmer lights in the bathroom,overall clean and new. Small suggestion,replace the cutting board, before start using,residues observed popping out from board after rinse,pretty gross. Other than that,all was good.

We had booked 2 bed 1 bath but were upgraded to a 2 bed 2 bath upstairs which was great. Small lounge area but still plenty of other space with breakfast bar, dining table, balcony area. Has all the extras - foxtel, Bose sound system, free wi-fi, full kitchen, laundry so ideal for a longer stay.
