Everything was amazing , the house , the pool , all the added extras like the bikes, kayaks etc. The host was easy to reach and very informative. Loved staying here

We had an excellent stay at this great location. The host was very responsive throughout, providing detailed information ahead of time and answering all our questions during our visit. The house was immaculate, clean and well-equipped, especially the kitchen. The bedrooms were comfortable and we loved relaxing by the sparkling pool overlooking the dock and canal. The neighborhood felt safe and friendly, great opportunity for biking with the provide bikes and kayaking in the canals.

We were in town for an athletic competition, so we didn’t get to enjoy a lot of Punta Gorda, but we loved the neighborhood and the house was absolutely perfect for us! Very clean, great floor plan. We loved our visit!

We were visiting family so we didn’t spend much time at the house. It would be a great place to bring kids and stay awhile.

The property owner has everything just right. She always answers concerns promptly and the home has everything you need for a great getaway.

It was a very pleasurable stay. The communication with the host was awesome. We will definitely be staying there again.

A very nice neighborhood. Comfortable accommodations. Easy access to the center of town. On the canal and enjoyed morning coffee on the lani watching the fish jump and the birds ‘fishing’.

Property manager was awesome communicating before & during our stay answering any questions. House was very nice & clean. Area was quite. We were able to bring our 24’ boat and keep it at the boat dock at the house. Boat ramp was not far from the house. Grocery store and restaurants where only a few miles away. We had a great time celebrating our 29th anniversary here.

Home was comfortable and welcoming. The view from the lanai was so peaceful. The pool was refreshing-spent most of our time enjoying it. Our host responded quickly to any questions we had. Look forward to spending time here again.

We booked a last minute getaway and were so pleased with this property! We had excellent communication and instructions from the host. We have stayed in many rentals and have never had such a convienently stocked home! We so enjoyed our trip and had everything we could have possibly needed. The layout was perfect and the home was adorable. We would love to stay here again!

Our trip to Punta Gorda was delightful! We’ve never experienced a more welcoming host! A well stocked kitchen and refrigerator!!! Any concerns were quickly remedied I would highly recommend this house

We are former vacation home owners and managers with several properties from Vermont to Georgia. We picked this home to stay on a week long visit and vacation to lovely Punta Gorda. I have to say that the amenities included here not only surpassed our expectations but made amenities in our own rentals pale by comparison. There, of course, were minor details that might have improved the experience (there always are) but none worth even mentioning; and all of which on their way to being dealt with by our very attentive host Natalie. The layout of the home was excellent, the heated pool a welcomed respite, the neighborhood quiet, friendly, and peaceful. It was an excellent choice for a wonderful stay, and one we would recommend to others, and visit again without hesitation.

If you're looking for a quiet place with amazing views this slice of heaven offers it. We had to make last minute trip for a funeral and from beginning to departure our stay was perfect and Natalie made it so easy through such a trying time. The guest bedrooms are separate from the master bedroom. Each had spa like bathrooms and plenty of towels. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The kitchen was better equipped than my home with appliances, dishes, spices etc. move in ready. Everything we could possibly need was provided. This pet friendly house gave no indication of being so. No hair no smell no evidence of furry friends ever having been there. There is no limit to activities offered from this host. We were not in the market for vacationing (funeral) but when we return for vacation we will be taking advantage of kayaking, pool accessories, bikes and fishing of the backyard dock! The screened in back lanai made for great watching kids swim in heated pool and relaxing with my morning coffee. We loved the canal view. We like to leave a place nicer than we found it. There was no way to do that. It was immaculate. We loved the place and plan to come back! Thank you Natalie!

Wonderful host, Amazing view down canal from lanai. Nice heated pool. really enjoyed hanging out on lanai and in the pool. Also had time to use the Kayaks. comfortable beds. will definitely stay again and look forward to future visits
