This is our second time renting through this company and we will surely be doing it again!!! Great communication and a very clean home filled with everything you need. It is always a home away from home to us.

We rented a standard 3 bedroom and it was sufficient space for a months stay. The house requires a deep clean and an upgrade on a lot of its amenities. The communication with property management was superb. Not able to see pictures of unit before arrival. That was a disappointment.

2nd time using this company. There is no way to know which property one is getting. The house itself looks nice from the start; deeper cleaning could/should be done.
POOL HEAT - at this location, if the outside temp drops below 50 at night, the pool water will not be heated. We had three of our nights there without heated pool water. If I understand it correctly, it’s because it’s a heat pump and not a gas heater. IF this is a have-to for you, be aware. It was a disappointment for us.

It was ok house needs some up grades in furniture specially beds, and utensils. But overall it was good very spacious home kids enjoyed the games in the garage and quite neighborhood.

The property was spacious for our family of 5. We got a unit with 4 bedrooms and only utilized 3. Kids enjoyed the pool during our stay and didn't need to pay for the pool heater.

The property bedrooms where nice and the living room and bathrooms where updated but The kitchen needed updating. The pool looked like it needed to be clean. But other than that the property was very nice.

This house was nice. 4 bd 3.5 bath. Great location, safe neighborhood, comfortable and nice pool & spa. The house has everything you need but just needs to be deep cleaned. It was clean but had some dust and needs a pool net pole so while you’re there you can clean the pool.

The house was very nice and the people very responsive to emails. I do recommend making the differeces in the homes more obvious for easier and less stressful booking. From the info and photos provided, we assumed all of the himes had hot tubs. If you want a hot tub, do not book a standard 4 bedroom. There are no photos, but those do include hot tubs. The location is great, as it is near highway 4.

We loved the property we stayed in it was perfect for us, the pool was fantastic kids didn't want to get out of it, kitchen lounge great size bedrooms all very big all with on suite, we will definitely be staying here again and we will be advising all our family and friends to use this site thank you so so much for a fantastic holiday at a beautiful property m Davis and family

Place needed some TLC, molding beat, vents black. Just needs to be cleaned better. Staff was nice , place was okay just not real clean. The beds were terrible I was so happy to go home to freezing temperatures just to sleep better.

Our visit was great! The house was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The covered pool was a great compliment to home. I would definitely stay at this location again when traveling to Florida. The owners was very quick to respond to any questions we had. They were always very pleasant and willing to accommodate. Our only recommendation would be to upgrade the televisions in the near future. However it wasnt that important since we came to enjoy Florida and not watch too much TV. Thanks for a wonderful memorable stay for me and my family.

I been a Travel Agent for 10 years and I can say this home was top notch. The home was super clean, plenty of room and quite area. It also was a block away from a dollar general that opens at 7am. And the pool area was a dream. I will tell ALL my clients about this and I will request this place everytime im in Florida....5stars
