Mold in the shower

The television was not functioning, and the front desk staff were unable to resolve the issue due to a lack of instructions. Additionally, there was a noticeable presence of individuals whose behavior appeared questionable. The ice machine was also out of order, and there was a lack of drinking water available.

You get what you pay for. Rm 102 had a wheelchair shower with a seat which I loved

The room was not cleaned prior to our check-in, with hairs and toothpaste on the countertop and urine on the toilet seat. The floor was not vacuumed and there were many large stains on the carpet. Furnishings all sub-par. One bedside lamp did not have a bulb. Outlets were not accessible from bedside. Residue on microwave and refrigerator. Immediately upon arrival 2 guests greeted us and told us how a bear was eating from the overflowing dumpster in the parking lot the night before. Check-in office was in disarray with stacks of mail and personal items scattered about. WiFi too slow to stream anything. 0 stars, do not recommend.

I def would not recommend this hotel. Very dirty.

The shower was very dirty. There was mold on the curtains. The toilet had poop stains. The sink was also clogged and water would back up but go back down after a while. The beds were nice. There was a weird smell in the room The area is very nice but my main problem was the bathroom. For the price of 600 dollars, you would expect something nicer.

The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the area inside the property was dirty, and the smell of weed was very strong. Some folks openly smoked weed outside of their rooms but within the management property without any hesitation that would bother others. Management should have a policy to control the weeds and smoke.

Please do not stay at this property. I have never left a hotel after arriving and paying. This place was terrible. The room pictures where completely inaccurate. The room was drity, stains and sticky stuff on the carpet. There was no fitted sheet just a flat sheet, no blanket and then mattress. The room had dirt and debrie in the corners like it never been swept. There was also a used paper toilet roll with no other roll provided. Hairs on the toilet bowel. The A/C stopped working only a few minutes on. Pay the extra money to stay at a better hotel. I have never had had such a horrible experience like this before.

This hotel is the worst’s I have ever stayed at. The room was dirty, the bathroom smelled like urine pretty bad. The shower curtain looked like it hadn’t been changed in a while it had mold on the bottom. There was less than half a roll of toilet paper. To top it off the room was hot, the ac wasn’t working. The room in general was smelly and dirty.

The hotel is few minutes drive to the California-Nevada state line so you will be close to everything but for the price you pay for the location you will get a very smelly and dirty room. We thought the smell was coming from the AC and took out the filter and it was filthy an had not been cleaned in a long time. Cleaning it did not improve the room and we figured out that even though the hotel rooms are currently non-smoking, the heavy smell of cigarettes still lingered in the room. You can tell from the bathroom sink where there were stains from where people laid their cigarettes in the past. The room is carpeted and although vacuumed, you can tell it wasn't shampooed because your feet would quickly get dirty. If I were to visit South Lake Tahoe again, I would look into staying a little further out and getting better and less expensive accommodations.

Shear curtains that let people see into your room at night. Bed hard as a rock. Used condom wrapper in the bathroom.

Location- close to shops, very easy to find. Pleasant welcome, ample parking Bed was hard as a rock Very awful smell. Dirty shower curtain Would not stay there again.

Easy parking and everything good for one night

We for 3 rooms all three rooms STANK. They need new carpets! We couldn’t even take out shoes off in the room excuse the carpet felt WET . They leave USED toilet paper in the bathroom you only get half a roll IF THAT !

Room was gross and had trash on the floor. It smelled musty and like smoke, even though it was “non smoking”. The people next door I think live there. They were yelling at each other and arguing. The lady working the desk lives in the back room behind the desk. It was a mess and kids stuff was all over. She ignored me initially because she was busy buying something on the computer. I literally walked in the room and walked right back out. I went down the road to a much nicer place that was about the same price.

Yelling and banging upstairs not front desk lady fault . Carpet worn like bad . Maybe invest tile or laminate floors . Bed is hard like a rock. Just n ed to invest more money into place. Area outside in beautiful

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a few things that was not working like the fridge. No closet and the police were around all the time. Besides that, it was a decent place. I would definitely go there again

We were originally placed in a room that had dead ants and other small bugs all over the bathroom floor. We switched rooms and this one at least didn't have dead bugs, but the carpet was dirty and peeling off where it meets the bathroom door, comforter had stains, bathroom door and front door had dents. The whole place just felt very run down

The rooms need an upgrade, the carpet was ripped and stained. The furniture is collapsing. They provided a small heater appliance instead of a centralized one.

This motel property is very old and in poor condition. No tea and coffee facilities in the unit. Not sure why there's a microwave. Fridge in very poor condition with a broken freezer door so lots of frozen liquid in the bottom of the fridge. I had to ask for a 2nd towel. Very old and worn carpet and bathroom. Bed rock hard. Only one chair. Noisy air conditioner. Check in office dirty. You get what you pay for. However, the person who checked us in was friendly even though he was just filling in for the owner.

We were grateful to find an affordable stay. The pillows were old, the mattress uncomfortable.

Won’t be my choice again. The place is not well maintained. It has loose electrical outlets, not safe . Their bed is not well supported. The head is lower than foot. Very uncomfortable.

I loved the bed and breakfast

My room wasn’t very clean, the bathroom hadn’t even been touched, but was comfortable and I’d stay here again out of convenience and comfortability.

Sheets were dirty, and the heater was broken. They were reluctant to accomadate, and they did not want to give the service they are supposed to provide for your stay.
