We booked this house for our wedding weekend to hold our closest friends and it exceeded any expectations and dreams we had. There was more than enough space for everyone and the house is filled with anything you could need. Both the property manager and Michael are excellent communicators and answered any questions we had promptly.

You just don’t find rentals of this size a short walk or bike ride to everything. The property has everything you could want. Grill and cook a family dinner at home or walk into town for dinner and shopping. Several beaches near by. Beautiful pool and grounds (landscaping has grown in since the pictures). It backs up to acres of natural town property which provide a beautiful backdrop. Apparently, the sister house is located across the street if you want an event like a wedding. That too looks gorgeous. And given the accommodations it is actually a value for the money. See you again soon!

BEST VALUE ON ACK! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is truly a 5 star resort. The location, property, house, amenities are outstanding. It is no wonder they are a Premier Host. I would put this up against any property on Nantucket. It is the whole package.

We organized some friends with children and split the cost. It was the best thing we’ve ever done. The property is very spacious and abuts undeveloped town property with walking trails. Prospect Street defines in town. This property is on the side of Prospect that allows for pools and generally larger properties. We picked this property because the walk or bike ride to town is quick and easy. Surf side, Jetties and children’s beaches are right there. The outdoor area has great gathering spaces. We particularly enjoyed the deck off the living room with a big fire pit. The spa easily holds 8-10 people and maintained at 104 degrees. The pool a constant 90 degrees weather permitting. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, 8 bikes, a commercial ice make for coolers, a large reach in cooler for platters, elevator, Sonos’s, TVs in every room, chefs kitchen all made for a great experience. It has child pool alarms on doors which you can turn on or off. The decks have gates to keep young ones away from stairs. Every detail has beEN thought through. If you want new, tasteful, modern that embraces the Nantucket charm this is your place! I recommend without hesitation.

The house and property is amazing. The house is new and sparkles. So well appointed. Furnishings, bedding, cabinetry, you name it is top shelf. Kitchen was huge which made for fun cooking. There are so many out door spaces to gather. The pool and spa area are beautiful and backs up to undeveloped town property which makes for great privacy. The location is perfect because we loved the short walk to town through the houses with flowering window boxes. The 8 bikes were almost new and very well maintained. They came in handy for exploring the island. The bunk room with 8 king size beds is off the charts. Great for kids or adults. I can’t say enough. The host, caretaker and housekeeper were available for questions. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Mike was the perfect host for our stay at the house! The home is warm welcoming and spotless. There was plenty of room for our group to watch tv together, cook in the large well equipped kitchen or play with the toys in the play room. We were most happy with the privacy and view in the backyard, as well as the short walk into town. My fiancé and I have been planning on getting married in Nantucket, and after staying here, we both loved the house so much that we plan on having our wedding here come this September! We can’t wait!

Quite honestly do not where to begin!! The house has a perfect layout for a large group of people. Everything was better than expected and the site pictures do not do it justice! All of the bedrooms were large and sunny - each with its own ensuite bath. The kitchen is so well equipped that our caterer raved how well it was appointed. We were so pleased with the location with its private views yet a quick walk into Town for morning coffee, restaurants and shopping. The best of both worlds. Every detail has been well thought out in that you feel like you are in a beautiful home but also in a five star resort as well. Just when you thought you had seen the entire home, you turned a corner and there was more - amazing! The shuffleboard table and ping pong right off the indoor pool cabana were nice touches. We have decided to come back for a summer visit with our extended family and cannot wait to visit once again and use the beautiful pool and hot tub! Having stayed in many rental homes in Nantucket over the years this is by far our very favorite. I cannot find enough wonderful things to say about the property other than it really is spectacular!

After renting 4 Old Mill Court last year we decided to try the new sister property 3 Old Mill Court. We were not disappointed. In fact it was spectacular. We were so happy with the layout. There is a study/conference room that was very helpful for some of our guests. Kitchen is enormous. A cooks dream with a reach in cooler for party platers. All the bedrooms were big and the kids loved the bunk room 8 king size beds!). I think the favorite new addition was the walk out basement with a cabana room to the pool. As with 4 Old Mill Court the property was beautifully landscaped and private. We love the short walk into town. Although we did not use it, the elderly/handicap walkway and elevator is a unique feature for Nantucket. Tigran the caretaker was available and is sooo pleasant. This is another wonderful vacation spot we highly recommend. The owners out did themselves.
