Walking a block to get coffee is the brass ring of rental properties. And close to Barber Park for floating the Boise. We loved it.

The house was in a great neighborhood: safe and accessible to all the activities we wanted to do in Boise. Everything is just as pictured on the listing: clean, well-kept and more than enough space for our 5-person group. The hosts were great with communication and were able to accommodate an early check in which helped us out upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again!

This location in Harris ranch is perfect! Walk to coffee shop and mini mart! Near greenbelt and the river. Host is quick to message back with questions. No complaints! Hope to stay again sometime!

This house was perfect for our family of 6 in town for our granddaughter's third birthday celebration nearby. The home is exactly as pictured, fresh and clean with comfortable beds, and a great location. The process of checking-in and out was well organized, and we were even greeted with a nice bottle of wine! We plan to stay here again when our whole family comes to Boise.

Excellent home for a large family and well equipped. Area is one of Boise's finest. It is also easy to navigate from to anywhere in the valley. Greenbelt is very close as is the river for floating.

The location of this property is perfect - close to great dining, coffee, and the Greenbelt not to mention a fun mountain bike trail. The property itself is stunning and clean with every detail taken into consideration from the kitchen to the game room. Pride of ownership definitely comes through. Our family very much enjoyed our stay and we can’t wait to come back!

I would happily give this home more than five ⭐️! The home is well equipped for family fun (for all ages) and it is positively GORGEOUS! If you’re looking for a home for your family to share that is centrally located within walking distance to a variety of amenities… look no further! Also, can we talk about the primary bedroom en-suite?? Pictures don’t even do it justice! It’s EXQUISITE! The home is clean, nicely furnished with all the details that make your stay comfortable, and a quick drive to town of fun activities! Chelsea is a wonderful host and very responsive to messages. We loved our stay and look forward to returning!

We went for a family trip and everything was just as it said… we had a great time! Perfect location with restaurants, gas station coffee shop just a block away, lots of walking and park/river nearby. The house had plenty of room with a great layout and all the essentials provided for us and our fur babies. Chelsea and Rory were quick to respond with any comments or questions we had. It was perfect!

First of all, we loved the location of the house in the Harris Ranch area near the Greenbelt! We had beautiful weather and enjoyed seeing the shops and scenery by walking and biking! The house didn’t disappoint us either! We loved the high ceilings, modern appliances and decor, and the complimentary bottle of wine! The kids enjoyed the ping pong table and foosball game. The upstairs family room was “kids town” and they appreciated their own area! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful house! We will definitely be back when the occasion arises! We love this Home!!! It’s set up to relax or have fun! The location keeps it quiet but accessible to plenty of restaurants, stores and activities. The house itself has anything you may need to stay for an extended period or weekend stay. Highly recommend!

The home is clean, well appointed, and modern. Our family was very impressed with the home. The pictures online are great but the home is much better in person.

The Green Belt Getaway was perfect for our family and extended family. We had kids and adults with us and everyone enjoyed the house. We had the perfect short walk to float the River. thank you for sharing your house with us!

Our daughter was married over the weekend. We stayed at the house for 6 nights. It was a perfect house for our family. We loved walking to the cafe in the mornings and dinner at night. It was located close to our family events during the week. Easy to get to downtown and out to our wedding venue. Thank you again for the great home. It really was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay! The home was very clean & staged w/o any clutter. It was very nice & relaxing to spend 4 days in. Enjoyed the game amenities & the patio was a lovely space to get some work done! The Internet worked great & we had no issues.
