This was a convenient place, close to our friends in Cary. It was very clean and better than a hotel room. The host was very quick to answer my questions. There was no sink for washing dishes, but there was a washer and dryer for our clothes.

Rental just as described in listing. My daughter and I needed a place to stay while moving her into an apartment in the area. Was comfortable, clean, and our little home away from home. Was nice to have a nice place to relax after driving all around getting furniture and unpacking her belongings. Would definitely stay again if needed.

Very spacious and clean lower level. More than enough room. Separate bedroom, full bath, laundry facilities. Nice size refrigerator with microwave and Keurig coffee maker, complete with Starbucks pods with all the fixings! The space was quiet and bed was comfortable. I wanted to book for 2 more weeks but it was already taken. Highly recommend.

This property was easy to get to and check in. It is beautifully maintained and very comfortable.

This property was conveniently located to NC State, restaurants, and still felt peaceful and serene. Overall, it was a great 5 days. The dogs loved the fenced in backyard. Would stay again.

My dad and I had a lovely stay. We arrived in Cary on the train, and I can say that the apartment is great if you are staying without a vehicle. It is easily walkable to the train station/town, and we also took advantage of the bus stop right across the street when we didn't feel like walking. The space was clean and inviting, and the futon was surprisingly very comfortable. Great communication from Deanna as well before and during our stay. Don't know if or when we will find ourselves in Cary again but would absolutely stay here again if we did!

The property is exactly as pictured - beautifully decorated and super comfortable. Deana is easy to communicate with and has spared no expense with attention to detail. There were so many little personal touches that made it a dream to stay here. Would definitely stay here again!

Great communication with the host. The house was clean, comfy and perfect for my husband, 2 dogs and myself. Appreciate the parking accommodations and access to the fenced in backyard for the dogs. Would 100% stay here again.

I was very pleased with my stay. Deanna’s place was as described. Very close to eating and shopping. It was too hot outside for me to enjoy the peace of the backyard but my dog enjoyed the fenced in area. When looking for a weekend retreat in that area I will be sure to book again.

This basement apartment was perfect for my stay in Cary. It was close to my gym, shopping, and my office, and allowed pets. The fenced in yard was a plus for my dog. Everything was clean and easy, and the back yard privacy and setting made me feel like I was on vacation. I will definitely book this property again in the future. Thanks for having coffee on hand, as well as the mini-fridge. Everything you need at a reasonable cost!

Nice basement apartment unit with a large fenced in yard for our two Golden Retrievers. The owner met us when we arrived and showed us where everything was. It's very convenient to all of Cary and Raleigh NC.

Lovely place to stay, perfect size for the two of us. Hosts made sure we had everything we would need 👍🏻 Enjoyed the walk to downtown Cary coffee shop, restaurants, breweries. Recommend the fish tacos at Crosstown Pub!

Overall, was a great place for a weekend trip. We only stayed one night, but would definitely come back!

I was looking for a place to stay for me, my husband, my sister, my friend and our 2 dogs for one night, as we were going to see a hockey game at the PNC arena. So glad we stumbled upon this listing! Deanna is a wonderful host and her unit was perfect for what we needed. Great decor, very clean space, lovely updated bathroom, perfect fenced in yard for the dogs and lovely covered patio (that we, sadly, didn't have time to use). I was told the pull out sofa wasn't very comfortable, but it was fine for the night. I honestly don't even know if anyone was home when we were there - they were so respectful of us as their guests. Hoping to return when we see another game later this year. Thank you for having us!

The area was very cozy and clean! Had everything we needed and the pups loved the backyard!! The bed was absolutely amazing and now I want a new bed at home 😂

The space provided the perfect accommodations for an overnight girls trip. It is clean, spacious, and has everything you would need for your stay. The hosts were very gracious and quick to respond to questions. Perfect location. Safe, beautiful neighborhood. We are already planning to come back!

Close to our destination, comfortable place for us and our dog. Fenced in yard was great. Easy access and close to restaurants and shops located in a nice residential area. Would definitely stay again!

The owner is so sweet!!! We really enjoyed the stay! My niece didn’t want to leave! My sister got food poisoning from a ihop near by and the owner was so nice about the clean up process. They are so kind!

My husband, our son, and our two dogs needed a place to stay for the night to visit family for Thanksgiving and this was perfect! Everything was well-kept and nicely decorated, and the fenced in back yard was really nice for the pups!

This property was in an excellent location because of close proximity to highway, grocery restaurants and shopping. Quick and easy access to downtown Raleigh was also a plus. The apartment was nicely furnished with all the basic necessities and the bed was especially comfortable!

Welcoming space convenient to everything in triangle area. We loved all the snacks and coffee provided by host, as well as the excellent decor. We also traveled with our dog and there is a nice fenced in yard. Very comfy bed and couch/sofa bed. Great place to stay & excellent hosting!

Deanna was fantastic with her response times. I was there for medical treatment for my 17 year old daughter. The day we were checking in she was really sick. Deanna was amazing and accommodated us early so she could rest. The bed is so comfortable and having access to laundry was great! The property was perfect for our miniature poodle too. A very tastefully remodeled downstairs basement walking distance to shops, restaurants, and groceries. An ideal location for someone in Cary/RDU for business. A steep driveway but a quiet street and room to turn around. The hosts live upstairs and were available, if needed.
