Stayed in unit 1245. Large, clean, good amenities, GREAT views. Building was quiet and nice. We loved the location -- lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and a large Woolworth's grocery store mere steps away. Had a great time in Surfer's Paradise.

Ain’t disappointed as the photos are very deceptive. We thought we were getting this massive balcony only to find it to be small/medium. Condition or place was worn and rundown abit has seen many people gone through it. All dishes needed washing prior to use as they were greasy and dirty

Rooms are clean with everything we need. Supermarket, playground, restaurants and Glink are just next to the apartment. Extremely convenient. Highly recommend!

Great communication prior to arrival so we knew exacrly what to do and where to go. Was met by Peter, who was lovely and super helpful. Bathroom very clean, and apartment generally very good. Some artwork in the common areas out nearby the lift would be nice though - currently very clinical and not particularly holiday like.

loved the central location and views from the balcony and bedroom windows! loved the large heated indoor pool. Elevators were surprisingly fast, which is good when you're on the 26th floor.

We had a wonderful stay at Circle on Cavill. The apartment was in a superb location to explore the surfers paradise area, also close to public transport if required, however we had a car so utilized the parking provided. The apartment itself was well equipped with comfortable beds,extra bedding, cooking utensils and implements not to mention the foxtel and entertainment facilities available for use. Definitely recommend.

Great building with views, shops and transport within or on the perimeter of the property. The apartment itself was well designed but in need of some TLC. It would benefit greatly from repairs to fixtures and fittings and a decent clean.

Loved the view from the apartment. Loved the location. Located bang on the happening lane of surfers paradise. Having woolwoths in the same facility was an added bonus. Checking in and checking out was very very convenient. A bit more of facilities and amenities would have been appreciated. Like washing machine powder, salt, pepper, more glaases n bowls and kitchen towels.

Our visit was extremely disappointing. Check-in process was terrible. The person who greeted us was wearing a t-shirt and shorts and looked very unprofessional. He gave us very poor instructions on where our allocated car park was located and it took us over 20 minutes to find it. I also requested a queen double bed in the second bedroom but got two singles instead. The apartment was filthy. My poor wife spent an hour bleaching the bathrooms and cleaning the kitchen. The apartment itself was a very good size with a great balcony and view but the noise levels coming from street level was unbearable at times. It is also very run down and in desperate need of some serious maintenance. But probably the worse thing this company (Apartments Stay) did was fail to notify us of the maintenance works going on at the complex. One day, we were enjoying a lunch at the dining table on my birthday and a contractor just appeared on our balcony from nowhere. We were absolutely stunned! He then knocked on our balcony door and said 'Sorry, but you need to move all your stuff from the balcony as I'm about to do some drilling and make a mess'. We had to stop eating and go out and do what he said. He then starting making an awful drilling noise for a least 45 minutes. The next day we were woken up at 7am (maybe sooner) by a contractor talking loudly to his colleagues on our balcony with no care or respect given to us on the inside. Privacy was non-existent over our 6 day stay. Never again!

This apartment was very spacious and in a great location. Close walking distance to cafes, woolworths downstairs and the beach. Would highly recommend for families or a larger group.

We stayed in the Level 24 2 bed-roomed apartment. The location and appointment of the apartment was incredible, so spacious with excellent furniture and entertainment facilities. The location was also amazing. The views were beyond belief, having spectacular views to both the Ocean and to the Hinterland. Amazing. There were a few things that would have been improved upon slightly. The check in process was a bit weird, watch out for a surcharge if you are outside of "Check in" times. Some of the crockery and utensils were still dirty, the balcony was a bit dirty too, nothing insurmountable though. The biggest disappointment was that the outdoor lagoon style swimming pool onsite was freezing cold, the kids were forced to use the indoor pool. First world problems, but something I think can be improved upon.

Who is a really good unit great position however there is no way in surface Paradise to store your baggage should you not be leaving the Gold Coast straight away

Had a wonderful time. Great modern apartment, great location with fantastic views. Spotlessly clean, excellent service, great amenities. Shops and cafes and restaurants all within the complex. We will stay again.

The property was excellent on the 47th floor great view of the coast, great fasilities very clean didnt want to leave the room was great cant wait to book it again and come back.

The apartment location is very good. There's Woolworth, restaurants, pharmacy just right below the apartment. The parking is also very secure. The kitchen is considered well equipped. The room and toilet itself are considered clean. However, we're quite upset with the apartment cleanness & security itself. Few rooms for improvements: 1. The dryer is super dusty. You literary can see a lot of thick dust on it. 2. In the master room, there's kinda storage room, when we entered, there's chair etc that you can see a thick dust there. 3. When we entered the apartment at night, it gave a very dark impression due to the dark carpet and yellow lighting. 4. furniture is quite old & the beanbag looked dirty 5. Teflon pots/pans peeled off, not sure if the owner knows that peeled off Teflon is not allowed to be used. Worst of all, we were not told that there's painting activities on the building. We're having a big surprise to see 2 guys were on our balcony in the morning and having a chit chat (resting as they might be too tired doing their job). We've never locked the balcony door, luckily the guy didn't do harmful things to us. Luckily they were not there when I was nak*d after a shower. Overall experience is quite disappointing. We thought this is exactly same as Mantra on Canvill, but it's under different management and this apartment is considered very very not well maintained. Plus point: you get much lower price compared to mantra on Canvill.

Just amazing - spacious appartment even for a family of 5 or more, large balcony with breathtaking views beach & window view of the river, well stocked equipment in the kitchen, Playstation & wii for the kids, DVD player, easy access to woolworths and cafes, short walk to local attraction & beach, amazing customer service and communication.
