We absolutely loved our suite! It was incredibly comfortable and spacious, accommodating all five of us and our dog perfectly. Everything was fantastic and with a full kitchen. We can't wait to come back!

I was here on business and the room was great. The highlight is the staff, everyone was so polite and helpful. The older gentleman that works at the front desk was awesome. I will definitely stay here again!

The property had spacious suites. The hotel allows dogs. My suite had dog hair on the sofa and I saw guests who had their dog on the furniture in the lobby. I'm not a dog person so the was gross to me. It would be better if the hotel was pet free. Everything else about the hotel was great.

The assistant general manager had horrible customer service!! This hotel used to be our go to. We’ve spent over $10,000 there in the past year or so. ’ll never book here again.

Great stay. It was nice having a kitchen in the room. Close to restaurants and Florida State. Great staff! Great breakfast and the pool is open until 10:00pm.

Didn’t stay because the hotel was full even though I had paid and had a confirmed reservation. Front desk staff was indifferent and was not helpful. Said to go next door to see if they had space.

Disappointed that this property couldn’t even issue a partial refund since I was unable to complete our road trip due to a sick 2 year old projectile vomiting.
Other hotels have honored partial refunds, I am confused to why IHG affiliated hotels are unable to when other companies can.
Extremely disappointing experience and we didn’t even get to stay for the night.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the hotel was quiet and clean. The beds were pretty comfortable and the room included everything we needed. Very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend!

The experience in its entirety! Started at check in when we were greeted with genuine enthusiasm! First thing that came up was a suggestion that saved several hundred dollars! Our experience improved greatly from there! One of the best experiences my family and I have ever had while traveling!

The room was very quiet and had a full kitchen skiing with plates, bowls glasses and a dishwasher. The gym was nice, as are the grills and pool. Great place!
