When arriving there was a car park available £5 for the night - was just around the corner

Didnt like the fact i had to pay 5 pounds to park didnt tell me thst wen i booked 🙃 the apartment its self is good the bed was awful as wass just 2 singles put on a king bed vwey uncomfortable and the pillows were like stone's

Great apartment but hard to find and unfortunately poor lady on the front desk couldnt speak enpugh English to understand what I was saying.
Miscommunication from then on.
Need a bigger sign and prior warning the car park shutter is closed untill you ring to say you are there.
Checking in should be easy not time consuming.
Apartment is super clean and its a real shame the checkin was so poor.
Would give 5 stars if this was improved.

The place was spacious for our needs. It was worth the money, comfortable and had everything needed for a family of 4 to stay. The only thing is that the parking garage is completely unkempt. The windows to the place are dirty. It’s a high rise so understood that the window cleaners don’t come by too often but what would have been a beautiful view was tainted. Location is pretty good because you’ll be close to convenient stores and a bridge walk away from the restaurants and bars. There’s the river bank, which is not too flattering but the city has plenty of paved walkways along the river that is pretty nice. Overall a decent stay. The woman who works for the company was super nice, responsive and helpful. She let me borrow an iPhone charger!

Easy to reach from Station and easy check in. Apartment very good, clean and spacious with everything needed. Only thing I didn't like was two single beds masquerading as a double. As only one night I managed. Great views and everything I wanted

When we checked in we were told that my 15 year child would have to fit into a cot as that is what the hotel considered a child. My daughter had to sleep on the floor despite when booking the room having to give the age of my daughter

Initial room had to be changed due to a previous visitor breaking rules and smoking in room (awful - not Quay's fault), they sorted the change quickly and my eventual apartment was nice, very clean and we'll set out. Views over Newport from the 9th floor.
Unfortunately due to the height windows don't open to regulate temperature of space.
Bed was ok, but rather than being a double mattress it was 2 singles and a marked separation between the 2.
Soaps, tea and coffee provided which was very good. Shower if powerful, always a plus. 11am checkout was good and parking availability in the multistorey under the building is great, especially at only £5 for 24 hours. Paid for at reception - just park and go into the building.

The accommodation is on the upper floors of office type block, i stayed on the 9th floor.
The room was spotless, furnished to a high standard and kitchen well stocked with cutlery, plates etc.
Will definitely stay again when working here.
The car attached to the building is ok and only £5 per night. There were a couple of odd folk around but they were no bother.

On first hand the apartment looks well appointed, but after a while the flaws arise. Firstly, the car park is rat ridden and had little lighting. More uncomfortable was the bed (see photos). Basically it was 2 singles pushed together poorly, which resulted in the bed sagging and being incredibly uncomfortable.

Property was very pleasantly decorated and modern BUT , parking is an issue it’s attracted to the hotel and fee is payable for parking on top of your fee for the hotel the multie story car park is a no go area !
There is limited use we woke up the next day made a cuppa tea and there was only two tiny cups of milk so goes down stairs and asked for some more milk and was told it’s upto the cleaners to provide this 😡 as receptionists didn’t stock any

Great little apartments. Only minor gripe was ventilation. Windows can't open so had to use the a/c which was a little noisy.
Superb facilities tho and having a little kitchen was awesome.

Always feel right at home when I'm staying here. Nice to have the use of a full kitchen when travelling, and laundry facilities for that matter. The guys here always go out of their way to make you feel welcome and address any issues/requests. Would definitely come back if in the area again.

This was a great stop for us. We enjoyed the space . A supermarket next door which allowed us to make use of kitchenette.

No heating when we arrived in March, property was colder than outside. No instructions for heating, couldn’t get it working. Wifi password didn’t work. Parking was in multi-storey next door. Won’t be staying here again,

I selected this property because it had 2 bars close by, both of which were closed on the day of our visit, we asked the chap on reception about recommendations for a good Indian restaurant and he wasn’t wrong, unfortunately walking there was a bit precursors but the food was amazing and we got a cab back.

Its been 2 years since i stayed here. Staff are excellent, will always stay here when in the area for business. Its great being able to make food, kitchen well equipped, just have to remember to take everything needed to make food, oul etc. Apartments is great.

Located close to restaurants and shops, easily in walking distance.
Manager helpful when I had an issue. Apartments nice a little warn in places. My bed was very hard and uncomfortable but my colleague said his was fine. Didn’t really spend much time in there but overall good.

Apartment was really good, got everything you need for a comfortable stay. sadly the local area really lets this place down, very run down and you just don’t feel safe when out.

The building was old and looks tired but once you get in it changes everything

Apartment itself was clean but it’s in what looks like an office block. First morning the shower head broke but housing keeping didn’t start to 11 so no one to fix it when it did get fixed the shower head never stayed up kept falling down . Bedding was dirty and so where chairs at the kitchen table full of dirty marks. Reception staff at building were lovely but wouldn’t reckoned or stay there again

Trip to drop daughter to university and wanted to be local to help do some shopping.
This self contained flat is lovely, high up with a commanding view, well prrsented with everything you'd need for a short stay. Very close to the river and a gentle stroll to the shopping centre and train station.
As a side note, I was asked to put down a £100 deposit on booking in, this was not mentioned anywhere in the boiking information. Would like others to be aware as I wasn't prepared for it.
