A really lovely hotel with beautiful decor, friendly, helpful staff and clean rooms. The room was comfortable and had a wonderful sea view. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed the place

Great location with superb beaches all walkable. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly and always ready to help.

The staff were warm and welcoming. The location was perfect. Restaurants and the beaches were within walking distance. The city centre was about 5 minute walk. The room had a nice boutique hotel feel. It can be noisy coming from the street especially if the window is open. No airconditioning (European standard) the fan helped and my stay was comfortable enough. The only con was not having a proper sink. The sink was an eco friendly sink on top of the toilet. Price was very reasonable for a boutique hotel. I will definitely recommend NewQuay Beach House!

The hotel was clean, quiet and the breakfast options were wonderful. But most of all I loved the staff some very friendly lovely people very welcoming and kind. One of the bar/kitchen staff even kindly suggested tiger balm after bruising my shoulder after falling of a surf board at fistral beach such a caring soul because it worked. Recommended :)

Location is convenient

I stayed in their Compact room. Perfectly fine for a solo traveller who is out and about. The staff were amazingly friendly, open, talkative and helpful. Especially Mitchie and Restaurant manager. Who I spent time chatting with during my few nights stay. It’s clear the hotel has had a large chunk of ££££ spent on its interiors, but a few small things are noticeably absent that would allocate. For example, bedroom doors and fire doors do not have closure controls on them, so they bang constantly throughout the day and night. A wedding had been booked for the breakfast area / bar during my stay, with the bar remaining open to hotel guests. This is fine but it is definitely the kind of thing I would like to know in advance and ideally upon booking! As it’s awkward sitting at your hotels bar surrounded by wedding people! And not to mention the potential for noise, which occurred but did stop at 11pm But overall an excellent hotel, pretty convenient location with airport a short 15min taxi ride away and the main Towan beach etc 10 min walk away The staff really made this place special, they were so much fun and a joy to interact with.

Nice hotel with good views. Housekeeping note please more milk sachets. Breakfast staff could have been a bit more attentive as I was not offered toast and marmalade after my full English. Overall a good experience.

Nice newley refurbished hotel. Perfectly located for the main town, multiple beaches and the station.

Compact but suitable room, very friendly and attentive staff, receptionist even shown me to my room! Pleasant stay and slept very well!

Lovely stay we’ve never had great luck booking on hotels.com but was very happy with this stay lovely rooms staff were extremely accommodating and overall lovely people. would definitely recommend this stay if you ever come to cornwall

Great location which has views of the beach from the front of the property. Parking is limited and is charged on a daily basis, so book in advance. Rooms are small and decor is a little dated and in need of a modern refresh. Mattress was very soft which is not to my liking. TV has streaming services only and small old panels which are just about fit for very casual viewing. Room had an oil heater, which was effective at heating the room.

Staff friendly just hotel overlooks the sea and beach but next too a main road only down fall but clean nice rooms lovely showers not many English working people but the staff there were very pleasant but suppose best thing very close too the town

Staff friendly and helpful and great nights sleep. Great location. Improvements could be made on the stairs to the hotel rooms, this is one of the 1st things you see and carpet is very warn out, room was fine and clean but wasnt dusted prior to stay. I've given this hotel 4 stars and would stay there again.

Newquay Beach Hotel was excellent, clean, fluffy towels, complimentary Tea & coffee with biscuits, Very helpful staff in fact we booked an extra nights Stay and would definitely book again. Thank you for a nice stay.

A beautiful room! A beautiful hotel, with friendly staff. Breakfast was absolutely to die for and we are coming back again very soon. This is our new run to spot.

Service is superb! Friendly, positive, helpful - even brought the luggage to the room as there is no elevator! Can not ask for more. Located 10mins from the center… rooms are maintained well and it was clean. The one negative are the beds…. Only small double bed and not very comfortable. For us to stay for one night was great but I would not want to stay 2 weeks there. Overall fair for the price!

The small single was not fit for habitation by an adult. They show pictures of every room but not that one because its so small its claustrophobic. The curtains dont cover the windows and the gaps in the bottom of the door were huge. The window looks straight into someone elses window. The noise in the hotel was more like a lively hostel. The decor and cleanliness were great and the staff were lovely but the size of the room was rediculious.

3 night stay. All excellent and conformable apart from the lack of air conditioning in the bedroom. Too warm despite air blower. Despite that, good value and looked a lot better than the close by competition.
