Perfect location, close to all major shops and restaurants. Hotel was excellent. Great room with modern amenities including an espresso machine. Very comfortable. I will book again if staying in Madrid.

The hotel was in a great location on Plaza Mayor. Cabs got tripped up a bit, preferred to drop you off up the street and some didn’t show up given the location. The staff was welcoming and helped getting a cab on the way to the airport since two we ordered either cancelled on us or we’re going to be too late. Room was nice and comfortable.

Service was good, location is excellent, and the indoor spa pool was very cool. The experience was lowered with the very small room (no space to open a suitcase), the shower leaking into the room, and that the hotel made no prior mention of the closed rooftop facilities. For the price which was higher than many peer and similarly located hotels, I didn’t think the value was there.

Awesome!!!! The hotel is centrally located. The staff was amazing, they helped me with everything from directions, great recommendations in the area and reservations for trains and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a terrific stay. Hotel is well located in central Madrid, everything we wanted to see was walkable and the Bernabau stadium was only a short metro trip away.
All the staff were friendly and welcoming no matter how busy they were.
The hotel itself is lovely, we had a room facing the courtyard which was quiet. The room was nice and clean.
We used the indoor pool and sauna which again was clean and relaxing, towels are provided.
There is an excellent choice of food for breakfast and we ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was tasty.
Would definitely stay there again if in Madrid.

Excellent staff and service. Attention to detail. Soundproof rooms with balconies overlooking Plaza Mayor. Roof top swimming pool. Walking distance or a short cab drive from everything in Madrid.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Roof top bar was a fantastic way to relax on a hot day. Very conveniently located. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Madrid.

The location couldn’t be better. The breakfast was amazing. The room was nice but cramped (with a television awkwardly hanging near the bed in a way that it was impossible not to bang into it). My only other complaint was that we asked for a top sheet and never got one. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel.

Really nice hotel. The only only part that I didn’t like was at least still didn’t have the rooftop open. The room was small but functional. The restaurant was very good. Staff were really nice. I had the best massage at their spa.

The hotel was nice. We stayed in a room over looking Plaza Mayor which offered fantastic views. Pools are small so can get really crowded. Breakfast wasn’t worth the extra charge, easier to go to Starbucks or the market. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was a great bonus as 15min walk to all the sites.

Not value for money. €380 per night in June is excessively over priced. The room was not a premium room and did not have premium amenities. Location was ok not great.
